I was concerned at first that this was a "too good to be true" situation with all the associated security issues regarding monies. It would have been less so if it was clearer that the transaction was subject to a deal earlier in the process or even in the first page display.I need'nt have had any worry because this has been the best "deal" I have made and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family,indeed have already done so.I'm looking forward to using it again,soon!The communication has been excellent in terms of keeping up to date with the transaction although it would have been useful to know the length of time it would take to notify "deal or no deal" beforehand ( ie, when the order was placed).

Having used mmm on a couple of occasions now I had no reservations in using them for my latest purchase. Which was a 2 set of Makita lithium ion 18v batteries, of which I bought 2 sets so four batteries all together. They arrived extremely quickly and well packed and I'm charging them as I write this. This was a great deal as these batteries are not cheap and this is the cheapest I've found brand name batteries of this type with free delivery aswell. Great experience as always and if your new to the site I hope this review helps you make a good decision and not think its too good to be true, thanks.

I stumbled across this site by accident and began the process without realising exactly what I was doing, but once I understood what was going on I really enjoyed watching the progress of my deal.
The deal closed at the designated time, and I received an email congratulating me on the deal going through, the email was sent late morning and I received my order the following morning - early.
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency of this business and will definitely use mymatemark again, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

At first I was a little sceptical of the "too good to be true" prices, but decided to take a punt and see what happened. After placing my order, I was happily surprised to receive regular updates on the progress, first from MMM and later the courier. Everything happened as described, everything was effortless, everything just worked. This is how all internet shopping should be!

MyMateMark (or John in this instance) set the benchmark for customer service. I bought a Pressure Washer which was exactly as described, delivered - well packaged - and prompt. I had query and was very impressed with the way in which it was dealt with. I have to admit i was a bit anxious that there wasnt a contact phone number on the website but fair does to them they phoned and emailed the next day and then continued to email me as they sought to answer it. Karcher deserve a mention too as they contacted me to direct.

Interesting site, could be a bit clearer that you aren't buying up front but committing in case the deal goes through, but once you understand system it's a good site with good discounts on quality tools

I was expecting to receive a free strimmer with this product, but it has not materialised. When will it be coming, please? I bought a Bosch Rotak 43 LI Ergoflex Lawnmower, which arrived today, minus the free gift.

Having seen a mates recently bought drill/driver set I went looking on the WEB for the same kit. When it came up at £125 on MyMateMark I was convinced that there must be a catch, my friend having paid nearly double on a trade only site.
Imagine my amazement when the tools turned up, absolutely perfect AND with a free set of safety glasses.

This is the first time using MyMateMark and at first didn't realise it was a 'deal' site but all the information on the site and other reviews made me feel confident in buying through the site and thank goodness I did! E-mails kept me informed about when the deal ends and what to expect and sure enough on the 14th (deal end day) an e-mail confirmed the deal was going through and the Makita drill would be dispached with estimated delivery 1-2 days. Guess what - it arrived the next day, securely package and I can't fault the whole process - unusual for me!!! If they have what you want then have confidence in buying through them!
