Great price and delivery would have been very quick if I hadn't made a mistake on my address. John in customer services was very responsive and exchanged a number of emails with me and contacted the courier company a few times until it was resolved and delivery took place. Parcelforce were a bit of a nightmare, but MyMateMark was very good indeed. No hesitation to buy again from these guys from a price, product or customer service point of view.

I have purchased two items now from MMM and both have been delivered next day.

I honestly thought there would be a catch because the deal was so unbelievably good but Nope ... No Catch! I placed my order on Sunday night ..... It arrived on Tuesday morning as per description .... I will always check here first from now on :)

Bought a load of stuff and saved a lot. The only problem I see is if something goes wrong then getting hold of someone to talk too is going to be a problem. Just hope that Makita is as good as its always been.

Ordered the Makita 18v circular saw "bare" and it was delivered in a huge box full of packing with just the saw and an instruction leaflet. I thought bare meant it didn't come in a hard case nor had charger or batteries. Just floating about in a huge box seemed rather bizarre.
Still, at least it works.

The service was quick, easy to use and all items were delivered on time. Refreshingly good service.
