Absolute scam! I made an order on 5th Dec and haven’t heard a thing since, despite writing 2 emails. I want my money back!

Absolutely terrible! Nobody is responding to my queries where is my order, which has not arrived after a month of waiting.

Rubbish service, they shipped the order after two weeks and only because I called them. The guy on the phone said it will be sent next day, clearly didn't... stay away from them, don't buy!

Absolutely awful company. I order an item, paid p&p and instead of 5 days it took 3 weeks. I do understand the issues with the postal services at the moment but it is the non existing customer care at this company. No communication with their customers.

Ordered something on the 3rd of January to the value of £95 the item never arrived. I’ve Tried contacted them twice via email and no response. Then upon coming on here I’ve seen they are scammers. I am In the process of trying to claim my money back from PayPal. Do not buy from these people total body care.co.uk

Avoid at all cost or you will be out of pocket! I have purchased Medik8 serum, they took my money promptly and that was the last time I heard from them.

Edit: I have eventually been contacted by Total Body Care and I was issued with credit note so at least I’m getting money back. The person explained they’re having issues with the deliveries and there will be further delays therefore I have requested refund. Shame they haven’t replied to my e-mails sooner though :(

Don't buy!!!
I purchased 3 items worth £57.60 on 4th of January, then never heard of them.
I emailed the customer services, no reply again.
Then I checked trustpilot and understood that they are scummers.
If you check their clinic addresses, they are not correct. All fake.

Placed an order on the 20th and no update at all since then. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t reply emails, but they took the money very quickly.

0000 please everyone down there ! Do not purchase anything from those scammers my bank is currently disputing my money order of 271$ that they stole and they ask as well to pay 350$ insurance and threaten me if I won’t pay that I would be in trouble with law enforcement ! They even called me with an US number but I clearly catch there African accent and I was like very strong and didn’t let them impress me - they finally hang up on me once they understood their game was over -

Move over Selfridges !!!! Outstanding Service. I e mailed to say I wasn't happy with one of the products. Within 5 minutes I got a PHONE CALL !!!!!! Apologies galore and a new cream sent out free of charge the next day. Unbelievable ! They even offeredto re send the whole order. Which I declined as it was way too generous . So no hassle . I will definitelyuse this web site now for all my Skinceuticals , Elemis and any thing else I need , before any other website. Thank you. Eve

This is a scam dont buy they make u send money thru zelle and stop responding lost $254 she literally stop responding then sent her message thru another phone and she responded dont buy if you dont want to get scammed they still wanted me to pay $480 “revundable money “ for inurance do not recommend

Fabulous!! This is the second time I’ve ordered from Total Body Care and not only are the products really competitively priced, my order was processed very quickly indeed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My entire skincare routine is from this heaven sent company! I love everything about them. Highly recommend to anyone with skin lol
