Site is awkward to use
Site is awkward to use. When doc called, volume on my phone was max, but I could barely hear him. Chat was cut off. Immediatly rreceived msg that visit was completed. No response to concerns til I requested refund.

Excellent service and experience
This was a new provider for me. The website was so well structured. Every question was clear and I was impressed at how thorough the file they compile is. Made me trust them immediately. My interview with their physician was concise and comprehensive. Smart person. I requested a card as I wil be travelling and need it to show it was medically approved which is acceptable in Australia. All and all an excellent experience. I have now switched permanently to My MMJ Doctor.

I was very grateful for this quick and painless appointment. Dr. Miller, MD. was great and answered all my questions. I submitted everything to ADHS, and hopefully will have my card soon. Nadeem Irshad was my chat assist, and he was amazing with helping me figure out next steps. I appreciate that, seeing that this is my first time applying. The only downfall I'd say, is the cost. I was also unaware that there are additional steps and fees. That's no one's fault though! Thank you!!
