Although the engineer was later than what he thought he would be it was understandable with traffic from where he had come from. The fitting was very good and very quiet and he took me through how to use it.

I found John very helpful and gave us a very fair price for a perch stairlift which is more suitable for my husband whose legs are too long for our narrow stair case and gave him the order on the day after not having done so for the 2 other companies Acorn and age uk who were mor expensive and either said we would have to have a curved one or recommended the sit to stand which we did not like the idea of standing.

Good product tops for the money
Well having made some enquires online I took a phone call from My mobility who explained the process to me very polite and no pressure applied gave me a rough guide on prices and I said I would discuss with wife phoned them back and a visit was arranged for later that day 10th John arrived on time and was great in every way measured up explained everything and gave us advice and a price which was very good and advised would be fitted next week. However I received a call advising me that an engineer was available to install today 11th kept informed as to arrival time and he was early so very pleasant and efficient took about 1.5 hours then took time as needed to instruct my wife in its use early days but over the moon with it should have done it a long time ago.
I have not received service as good as this from anybody in years fro enquiry to working Stairlift in little more the 24hrs.
I will be recomending you to others.
