Like other took all my detail, I chased up a few months later and I got a reply to say the matter would take 6-9months to complete. I have heard nothing since. I have chased it up and cannot contact anyone. Awful and unreliable.
As everyone is saying they took details to make a claim on my behalf and now i can’t contact them. Any ideas?
They took all the details to look into my claim said it was in progress and then disappeared of the face of the earth. No replies to my emails or on the telephone number they gave me and no contact details online. Not to be trusted
