Took my money

Took my money, isn’t offered in my country. Told me they would refund but now they are refusing. Because of their promise to refund I now can’t even request a refund through my bank.

Hi Jade.

We never promised that it is possible to order a Visa card in Australia. We make it clear everywhere in the app and on the website, that we can only support card orders in Denmark and Germany.

You subscribed through Apple and therefore Apple are the ones who needed to refund your subscription. You wrote to us that Apple for some reason did not want to do the refund, but it's not possible for us to do this.

We did an exception with you and tried to make the refund to you as a bank transfer, but it was rejected when we tried to send to the bank account you sent us. We did send you the documentation for trying to do the refund and also documented the costs in fees for us doing this.

A great sandbox for parents and learning platform for children

Admitted, I am in love with this concept. Such a safe start to your child understanding and handling money. Gives you a clear overview of spending and transactions and let's you set tasks for your child at certain rates. In a way, it is facilitating the teaching proces for your child while making you feel safe and in control. Partly, because the proces does not get muddled into your other banking matters and because customer service is so accessible and genuine. A great start to building healthy economic habits in, and teaching value transactions to, your child(ren). A safe sandbox for exploring the practices of money and value exchange with your children.

Exelent support

Great idea! Me and my kid are very hapy. Exelent support. Whenewer I need it, I get very fast respond and quality service. Highly recommend.
