Cancelled the service but they continue…

Cancelled the service but they continue to charge our bank account. The people that work there are not friendly at all. Was on the phone almost 30 minnutes trying to get this cancelled and was assured it was. They have charged our account twice since cancelling.

This is a scam site…

This is a scam site that refuses to cancel or re fund even after numerous attempts. I had to get the FCC involved, hopefully they will bring the hammer down on these assholes.

I was post spine surgery and chemo and…

I was post spine surgery and chemo and the woman I had been with had raided all my accounts and used my credit and left my apartment after not paying rent with my money. I was evicted. I was in a shelter with two dogs. I contacted ads on Craig’s list with rooms for rent. The first room I contacted asked me to goto mymonthlyscore.com and take a screenshot of my summary. Now I know that normally I wouldn’t fall for this scam. However I was not in normal circumstances. Anyway I did what I was asked and said I don’t want to be charged for anything. Now I know they just got me to sign up for a fake service. They work for that place and get commissions. Normally a company would immediately refund a customer that told them this. Not this company.
They lied for 40 days saying I didn’t have an account. Then found it after saying it was a misspelled word. They charged me a total of 84 dollars for two months of credit reporting? I get that free from my own bank. Con artists. I have a truly sickening email from them after finally canceling my account. I will call ICE. I never thought I’d do that. And sent everything to the local FBI office and filed a report.
