Slick product

I’m a driving instructor and Monty has helped me network and keep in connect with students way easier than prior.

It’s all easy to subscribe to it but when it comes to ending your subscription they make it practically impossible, I’ve sent multiple mails with screenshots showing how their unsubscribe page doesn’t work and everytime I’ve gotten a mail back saying that they will end my subscription but yet they haven’t, it’s been going on back and forth for a week now and I’ve kept telling them that I need a confirmation that it’s been ended, last time they replied by saying:

”The team will make sure this is done today, they don’t work weekends but are back in the office today as normal. I’ll send you confirmation by this evening”

I still have not received any confirmation and in fact I got 3 separate sms today from them telling my that my subscription has just been activated… Watch out for this company, unserious people with ill intent. They will try to lure you into paying a ridiculous sum of money for a basic service and you can really see through their deception and lies. DO BETTER

Wonderful card and friendly use

I signed up for their "free trial" nfc cards, thinking that it was free for 14 days then no charge, since it didn't say anything when i subscribed. Also their cancel page on the account settings doesn't work. They tried charging me 2.74$ twice then they charged me 6.99, which it said nowhere that they will do. no billing page, and support doesn't ever answer. no real email address and whatsapp button doesn't work. the company is based in the uae, so i can't even report them to the local / EU authorities. BE AWARE!!

Very impressed with product and I like the option to have it in my apple wallet and physical nfc card

The price is way too expensive if one compares it to the old method

Love love love having a my Monty card! It’s been a great asset for my cafe, and has helped hugely with booking plenty of outside catering jobs because of it! What a little gem this is!

My experience with my Monty car has been a positive experience.

I spoke with James and initially had a video call with him about how the Monty card works and how it could work for me.

He was very helpful with explaining everything and highlighted that yes it could help me in my endeavour…

Once he set me up with all my business pages the product looked fantastic and I have already used the QR with delegates in my industry.

As a sales professional getting prospects details on paper is always difficult. Handwriting etc.

My team and I love using Monty. Beats competition out the water. The team behind Monty is super responsive and on top of all suggested updates and improvements.

Signed up, paid 19.99$ for year subscription and love the idea and ease BUT...since paying the 19.99$ they are now trying to take 27.75€ from my account?!
I have sent 2 emails to them but as yet no reply...if I get a response I will gladly change my review but until then I advise you to be wary.
IMO the 5* reviews look a bit phoney too.
