As older mortgage seekers we didn't really expect any positive help but as soon as we made contact with My mortgage finder everything was brilliant. Put in touch with an agent, Greg, who handled our situation brilliantly...we had a mortgage in principle within hours following a short on-line chat. Following on from that we moved on to having the mortgage finalized on a specific property and worked with Ellie who was so helpful and patient. Amazingly we are about to move into our own home all thanks to the wonderful people at Mortgage Finder

i came across my mortgage finder on facebook at the time i was going through the financial settlement of a divorce i thought id have to sell the family home. hayley my advisor worked tirelessly to get me numerous offers despite having a less than perfect credit score. hayley made what seemed to be a very daunting and troubling task a breeze. 10 out of 10 for my mortgage finder and 11 out of 10 for hayley’s expertise 👌

Unfortunately this is another example of a customer who committed to using our service, then decided to pull out of the process after we held up our end of the bargain.
Some customers unfortunately resort to leaving 1 star reviews after they have used our service as agreed, and then are declined a refund request that they know they are not entitled to.
A simple comparison would be visiting a café, eating your breakfast, and then asking for a refund the next day - clearly this would not be possible, and the same principle applies when working with our business.
Our refund policy is communicated clearly and transparently in every recorded call. We ask each customer to verbally confirm their understanding, and we also require a signed document to ensure there is no uncertainty about the agreement. In this case, the work we were asked to complete was fully carried out on terms that were asked of us, and therefore the service fee is valid.
We wish this customer the best in the future, and if they wish to revisit buying a home in the future we would be happy to work with them again, and there would be no further charge for our service.
What can I say?
What can I say? Words fail me. My mortgage finder team are incredible to say the least. George, Katy and Laila were amazing from the get go. I never thought with my age buying my first property was going to be easy. My mortgage finder cleared that perception, and now I have a beautiful property I can call home.
I will be working with them again to buy my second property.

Our team includes many hardworking employees, many of who have families that rely on fair payment for completed work, and we take that responsibility seriously.
You correctly mentioned in your review that if you choose to return to us for another application in the future, you would not be charged again. This is part of the service package we provided. It was surprising to read that this would no longer be needed, given your previous statements about wanting to achieve homeownership and their are no circumstances that would stop you from wanting to achieve this.
We have attempted to contact you directly via telephone to resolve this matter, but you have chosen to continue communication via email, which we are happy to respect. However, maintaining dialogue only through email does suggest that you are aware the refund request is not supported by the terms that you signed for and agreed originally.
We remain open to discussing this with you over the phone should you wish to resolve this amicably. That said, we cannot issue a refund for work that was completed in full and in accordance with the agreement.
