Carburettor repair kit
I ordered a carburettor repair kit for a 98 Fireblade. It arrived very quickly. Only gripe I had was that it did not make it clear it was only for one carb so had to order another 3, although they again arrived quickly.

Zero after care service
I ordered a new fork seal which said it was posted but never arrived? Two emails sent and completely ignored on both occasions. I get the post is rubbish but some sort of resolution or even the grace of a reply would be bloody helpful! I ended up buying one directly from Suzuki in the end to get my bike back on the road.
