I am sorry you feel that you were given poor service. We were prepared to send the goods out to you.
I suggest you speak to your bank and report to them why your Card was flagged up as fraudulent. This is not something we have control over. Hence we were advised that the transaction be stopped.

School uniform order
Took ages to place order, website slow on explorer. Suggest using Chrome.
Discount code apparently has conditions although not specified.
No email confirmation of order
Although delivered by TNT, it’s MX’s preferred delivery partner. Couldn’t find shipment to check delivery and when it was delivered, it was delivered to a neighbour and no notice was given to us!!!

Hi Martin, sorry you had a problem with the order. Sorry that you couldn't see the T&Cs that mentioned that the Discount didn't apply to St Clement Danes School uniforms. But after speaking to you, we still offered the discount, and we hope you are pleased with the discount.
As regards TNT, the default option for deliveries is to drop off the shipment at a neighbour's and leave a Card at the Delivery Address for collection. We cannot guarantee what time the delivery will happen as no time can be given by any courier company. Though we had made sure that we deliver Next Day Delivery. I am sorry you couldn't trace the Card left by TNT. We do find this happens at times. But we will take it up with TNT. Hopefully next time you won't come across these problems.
