This is by far the most unprofessional…

This is by far the most unprofessional leasing company I have ever endured. They do NOT know what is going on within their own company. There was a property advertised for a “lease take over”. We inquired and filled out an application with fees and all. After about a week of back and forth, they then tell us the property isn’t available and they do not do lease takeovers???? Everyone on the phone was saying something different. Huge waste of time and effort.

Absolutely horrible maintenance

Absolutely horrible maintenance.
It looks like a Indian burial ground in the front yard of 245 saint christopher lane in whitehall ohio. Siding is melted and falling off. Driveway is completely degraded asphalt.
