Angry and Very Upset

I was going to order. My husband is in the late stages Alzheimer’s. I cried through the whole very long presentation with hope this was real. I am devastated from reading the comments that made it very clear it is a scam. This is so cruel for me that has had to live through three family members with this disease. Why can’t these scams be stopped? My heart is broken and I believe it is time that a law is made to completely hold these con artists accountable for causing me and others so much pain.

Company is probably a scam

Company is probably a scam. I ordered 3 bottles and then as an upsell order an additional 6 bottles. I was quickly approved and.unknowingly charged but charged for 12 bottles not 6. I was also unknowingly charged for 6 bottles of Night Guide. I have been trying to get my money refunded but I am having a tough time getting it . STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They’re a predator and have no interest in your welfare whatsoever.

This product and company are scammers

This product and company are scammers. I returned their product after a week, unopened in the same box it came in, and they refused to return my money, which was a lot, in spite of their so called refund guarantee..
Sorry I ever saw this site. Don't purchase their product.
It is a rip off.

Cartpanda…beware.

NeuroDyne and NeuroCept are both distributed through the middleman Cartpanda. This distributor is very difficult to deal with and if you use PayPal any refund goes back to PayPal and not your credit card that PayPal used. I did get a 100% refund on the unused portion of the product purchased but I had to pay for the return postage. When talking to Cartpanda make sure that you get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Use UPS to send back the product and monitor the tracking number. Once the shipment reaches their warehouse, you must call Cartpanda and give them the RAN. CartPanda will need it to verify return of product and then issue a refund.

Fraudulent AI Celebrities Used

Please don't be like me. Please make sure you do your research. Usually that's what I do but this time they used Dr. Ben Carson to sell the product. They were actually using AI because I looked it up and found out that Dr. Ben Carson did not endorse this product. I called them within 30 minutes after I ordered when I was able to do the reviews and they offered me 15% of my money back and I told them no. I want all of it and then they offered me 30% of my money back and I said no. I want all of it. They said when I get the package I have to send it back and I'll have to pay for shipping. She wanted to know why I wanted my money back and I said because this was fraudulent and she didn't disagree with me she didn't say anything. In the infomercial, they made it sound like Dr. Ben Carson created this product. He did not. I have also read the reviews on the shipping provider that they use which is uni Express and they don't have any good reviews either. I saw the infomercial on Facebook and I reported it as a scam. I will never ever watch another infomercial on Facebook or anywhere else for that matter.

May precipitate potentially lethal crisis with myasthenia gravis

I have had myasthenia gravis (mild) for 6 years. I took neurodyne as a result of advertising which said it could help brain aging. Now only 3 days of usage has resulted in the myasthenia symptoms shifting from mild to what my neurologist warns is "precrisis" meaning that if it persists, in 2-3 more days I may require hospitalization. AI notes that one ingredient "maca root extract" although not shown specifically to damage myasthenia, does alter the body's immune balance and is a risk factor for what I am experiencing.

If I could I would give it 0 stars!

If I could I would give it 0 stars!! This is a scam! On the website when you order 3 bottles it says you get a 180 day money back guarantee but if you try to return it, all of a sudden that guarantee goes down to 60 days!!! Because I am 62 days past purchase. (I’m pretty sure if I was at 32 days past order that guarantee would drop down to 30 days)
I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT!!!

Money Down The Drain

I took this drops diluted in water for about four days but could not continue to tolerate the nausea that followed. I asked to return the merchandise and was told I would only be given a $100 refund out of the $300 I spent. They would not give me specific directions for returning the merchandise. After I argued with their “customer service” representatives, they finally agreed to give me an approximately $150 refund and still did not tell me how to return the merchandise. I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam. Don’t buy it unless you are sure you will be able to tolerate it and then, do not spend more than you can afford to lose.

I have been trying to reach out to this…

I have been trying to reach out to this company. I called and I emailed them. My phone calls kept going to voice mail or just stopped ringing and went silent. No response from anyone. Then when I finally reach them they said that it is to late to get my refund and then hung up on me.The ad says try for 60 days after you receive the product. I've been trying to reach them for 2 months because the product came with no return address and no directions. Every time I tried to reach them. It was no answer or the would keep telling me that they will not send me a refund. Who do I call or talk to for help. When I got through today they hung up on me.

Will not respond to request to return

Won’t return my email asking to return item and get full refund. Guess I will have to handle this by disputing the charge with proof that I have attempted to process a return through their stated channels, along with boasting great customer service. NOT

Warning: return procedure trix, hoops to jump, hacks

I thought I ordered 12 bottles on the upsale stage tactic they use, representing an upgrade to 12 from 6 at a discount for all (1/04/26). I was charged for 18 bottles (over$600!). After seeing the bill, I tried frantically get a hold of somebody at cartpanda to make sure that the correction was made before shipment was made, but their response 2-days later was "contact the vendor". Vendor Email address they supply also picks up an extra (.) at the end of it--that needs deleted before using address-it will be invalid otherwise. the correct address is (delete spaces) Wellness @ supportcaps .com
i was charged under two different $295, & $348 transactions 1st: 6 bottles full price 2nd: for 12 more! on my PayPal, which defaulted the 2nd to a pay method i did not want to use causing a hardship i did not need.
Supportcaps reply on 1/10 was that it already shipped.
I received the 18 bottles and I tried the product using it as directed and have found no benefit at all so far, and because of the coinciding severe arthritis symptoms that showed up right after i started taking the neurodyne I was afraid to keep using it.
There is a surprise bit of more BS at the end of the return procedure "for a faster refund" in BAD FORM!
1: You are Asked a bunch of questions as to why you want to return, (For a No questions asked return?!)
2: Then they offer you a 10% refund, then $20%, 30, 40, 50, 75% claiming for "a faster refund"-finally get to the 100%-then they 'Require' a video statement or to paste a transcript of it to process your refund. This delay to provide this 'hoop to jump through' only resets the refund process to start over.
Note: Be persistant-prepare a transcript first to save yourself the repeat-its not legal, nor in good business practice to spring onto customers, but i wanted to be done with this! I then got a return code to write on the return, paid for shipping with a tracking code. They claim 100% refund to be issues w/i 5 days
Pkg received 3/02, today is day 4 waiting for refund. Monday i file grievance with paypal if refund not received
UPDATE: 3/10-13 Done!
Replied to previous em@ wellness@ supportcaps.com, address bounced-no longer valid. The shell game is revealed.
But supportcaps.com Takes you to the automatic return marathon program.
Found no other contact info, so did return process again, selected 'Other' every chance
to complain "refund still missing Bad reviews piling up"
I Payed by paypal, so looked up how to file complaint/dispute.
A msg from Cartpanda came up-and there was an email address (support@ cartpanda) to contact them first so I gave that a go (even tho they had said "contact vendor, we only take the payments for product sold"). Gave all info: ord# thru RFA auth, return Tracking, date 'Astron' received return (yes another name without contact info to a human to resolve customer issues, but at least a valid EM address).
Cartpanda's reply: "We show that you did received the product"
AHHRRR!
After promising them back that I will broadcast this review everywhere to warn people, I got responses on 13th:
— "Healthy Living": You’ll see the amount refunded on your credit card statement in up to two billing cycles. EM Astron@ supportcaps.com
— support@ Cartpanda: "As the Merchant of Record, Cartpanda is the legal seller of the products you purchased and we take full responsibility for managing your order and ensuring proper resolution. The refund will be issued within 7 business days, in accordance with our refund policy". [HaHa] AHA!
Their contact #s
Phone: +1 866 637-2482
Toll-free: +1 888 266-6032
Finally! Paypal confirms refund notice. Time for a nap!

The product had no clinical studies as they said, and they used a doctor name without his endorsement.

Well, one minute after watching the video on Neurodyne, and finding out that Dr. ATTIA didn't endorse it, I asked PayPal to cancel the order. PayPal created a dispute, so Cartpanda who handles Neurodyne couldn't just refund the money. I guess I didn't respond in the correct amount of time and the duspute was settled in the favor of the seller, so the product was shipped anyhow.
I did ship the product back and I did get my refund as soon as I gave Cartpanda my tracking number.
I am thankful I got my return in full.

Several of the ingredients aren't listed

Several of the ingredients aren't mentioned on the website. I am allergic to ragweed and Stevie and motherwort were both ingredients in the formula. Plus their contact button doesn't allow you to contact anyone. But it does protect their content. What exactly are they trying to hide?

I read all reviews from these ads. I bought another supplement and I read reviews after. It took over 3 weeks to get how to send back for refund. I ended up calling my CC company and still after 6 weeks still haven’t settled dispute even after sending product back. Don’t ever deal with Cartpandia
