Avoid

Avoid. Once they have your money, They don't deliver. They don't respond to texts or calls, I'm now £1,000 down.

Our new sofa arrived within the week

Our new sofa arrived within the week, the Helena sofa is beautiful and at a exceptional price we are very happy customers. We don't understand the bad reviews because for us this company is 5 stars all the way. 100% recommended MNS 👌

They deliver damaged goods, Don’t buy!

Worst service I’ve experienced, I’ve bought a sofa through this company and they delivered me a corner sofa that came in 3 parts. They delivered the sofa with one of the feet snapped off on the 3rd part of the sofa. I reported it to them immediately and was promised a replacement the next day. Then the resistance from them started but with persistence on my part I ended up getting the replacement a week later. You wouldn’t believe that the replacement was also damaged and has a hole in the bottom of it. I reported the damage immediately asking why they keep delivering me damaged goods when its supposed to be brand new. i was told ‘its on the bottom and no one will see it’. I was shocked and asked for compensation for such terrible service and I was ignored. Don’t bother with this company!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely appalling company and should not be allowed to trade. They are ignorant, liars and damn right rude.

I ordered a sofa on a Sunday, missed the call and got a message from them to say they would deliver the next day, unfortunately that was too quick for me, I needed a few days. They cancelled the order and said to reorder when ready, of which was reasonable, my fault as I didn’t realise they’d come that quickly.

3 days later I reordered. I missed their phone call and got a message to say my sofa would be delivered the next day between 4 and 8pm and the driver would call me to give an updated eta on the day, was buzzing. Had the cash ready and waiting.

Waited all day for someone to call, no one did. I messaged and heard nothing. Tried calling delivery company number would not call and MNS did not answer. Eventually I got a response from the delivery company to say my order was not coming as I did not confirm the delivery, there was nothing asking me to confirm it on the message.

We then arranged for delivery the next day between 5 and 9pm. I did ask for an earlier time slot so I could see the sofa in the daylight and got no response. Later that evening I got an email from MNS saying my ordered had been cancelled?!?! I did not cancel it!

So I messaged MNS and asked what was happening, they said they were sorry and would look into it… I heard nothing back. I told them I put in another order in so I didn’t lose our delivery as we have no sofa and needed one as we have two young children at home. Still nothing. So I messaged the delivery company to explain the situation and said we would definitely still like the delivery as arranged, heard absolutely nothing back from them either, so rude.

I tried calling and messaging all day long Friday (the agreed day of delivery) still nothing! Another day wasted for a company to come and they didn’t.

I used MNS’s live chat option on their website. Spoke to someone who was the biggest liar going. They said that I had said on the phone to a salesperson that I would like the sofa delivered into a room of choice and then I would pay them and that’s not how they do it. So they will not deliver to me unless I pay by card in full first. Firstly, I have NEVER spoken to anyone from their company on the phone. Secondly, in messages with them about delivery (all of which I have proof of) that was also never said. I told them they must have me confused with someone else. Again they said they will look into it and get back to me in an hour. Guess what? I heard nothing and got an email cancelling my order yet again.

The company is an absolute joke and I for one will never ever use them or recommend them as they are laughable and should not be allowed to trade if they even do. I reckon they wanted me to pay on card so they could steal my money and not give it back. They seem like the company that would scam people like that as they like mess you around and lie.

Have reported to trading standards

Have reported to trading standards. Disgusting company do not use. There was a tear upon opening the sofa i let them know they then ignored me and have not reimbursed nor will they send a replacement. I WOULD ADVISE TO NEVER USE. I have family around the area they state they are from via the webaite so I shall go in to see what these scammers are about and why they do not sort out faulty goods.

Ripped within a few months due to poor quality

I ordered a 2 and 3 seater sofa. The 3 seater developed creases which began to tear. As the sofa was still under 12 months, the company refused to repair or replace it despite me sending a number of emails.

My recommendation to anyone is to stay well clear of this company. Please buy from elsewhere to avoid huge disappointment.

After ordering i had a phone call to say delivery next day 2.30 it didnt arrive till 11.15 in the night ,then they wanted photo of my husband and proof we live.at our address ,they didnt unbox it and left the passage all scraped off paint

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with

I wish I could give this a score in the he minus

I purchased a sofa online and was in communication with them up until the purchase date.

I guess in hindsight it makes sense-they kept in contact with me because they wanted my money.

I then received a call on a Friday to let me know that my sofa will be delivered the following day. I explained that I’ll be at work but my next available day would be the Tuesday- the man on the phone agreed Tuesday would be the delivery day and that there will be no issues.

On the Monday I contacted them to confirm the delivery slot for the sofa. They then told me the sofa is out of stock and I would need to wait a week.

Only had I arranged for that day to be completely free-I also got rid of my current sofa on Saturday in preparation for my new sofa.

When questioning the man on the phone, he stated that it was a factory issue.

It wasn’t until I pointed out that he was lying, because they were ready to deliver my sofa two days prior, but he finally confessed to selling my sofa to someone else!!!

I wanted a refund straight away. I’m still waiting for the refund. Not only that, they are now ignoring my call.

These people are scammers!!!!

They’re thieves!!!!!!!

They should be looked into by the authorities. They have no right to trade.

They’ve completely expedited my anxiety issues.

I genuinely feel ill because of this scenario.

Disgusting Humans

Hello Seller, I Hope All Is Okay & Well With You? I've Got A Serious Issue With The 2 Boys That Arrived With Sofa, Firstly When They Arrived At 8:30pm One Of The Boys Demanded £20 Per Box & To Climb 1 Flight Of Stairs To Bring The Sofas Upstairs, Then Wanted Extra To Put The Sofa's Together, They Have Also Damaged My Freshly Painted Hallway Which Is Not Acceptable At All.

Ignoring My Texts, Now Seller Says I Must Contact Courier Service As They Are Liable For Damages, Well I Did Not Buy The Sofa Set From The Courier Did I??? MNS Are Responsible As They Hired The Couriers. Please Please Please People AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID & AVOID At Costs, If You Want Decent Sofa's Use Someone With A Good Reputation, Stay Away From MNS!!

I did not receive the chair they…

I did not receive the chair they advertise. And going by the reviews, I’m not the only customer who has had this problem. They also delivered the cheap chair past midnight. Didnt unwrap the chair. When picking up the cheap version, to be returned, past midnight again, was asked if they could use my microwave. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND READ REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND TRUSTPILOT, you will not receive any official Verona Scatterbacks chairs/sofas

Lack of communication and poor delivery service

Was given a date and timeslot for delivery, waited in all day only for the items purchased not to arrive on time. After trying numerous times to contact the sellers by various different methods, noone answered the calls or reverted back to us to confirm what the delay was down to. Then got a call in the evening saying the items would be delivered that evening between 9pm-10pm only.for that timeslot to also pass by with no delivery. After more chasing them.up to see what was going on they then said the item would be delivered at 11pm!! It finally came just after 11pm with no apology or explanation as to.the delay. Despicable service in delivering the items!! Avoid at all costs! 😡
