I can't rate this yet as I am well short of the 200 Night trial. It is a good idea and one of the reasons that I was drawn to My Next Mattress. It was the same as if I had purchased direct from Emma.

It's a very good deal. I hope I don't need it!
This trial was the only reason I risked a nearly £600 mattress without testing it first. Have not needed it as the Simba Hybrid was immediately comfortable, but it was the deciding factor for me to try such an expensive mattress. Couldn't be happier with the mattress. Didn't need the trial.
Probably not needing this service so can’t judge how it might work out.
