Business address is a residence.
Return address according to Google maps looks like an apartment complex.
Shipping is stated ti to 5-8 business days. Purchaser is supposed to receive a tracking number upon order completion.
A tracking confirmation was never received.
“Support” is only an email address. Multiple emails were left unanswered. I had to contact credit card to dispute charge. IF this is a legit business they have horrible customer service from the beginning. Steer clear.

No customer service whatsoever
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to contact someone since the 18th (10 days after I put my order in) and no answer. I have tried contacting them through their website and emails with no response. I will never order from this company again and I highly recommend ordering from someone else. What a joke of a company.
Update. Received the machine, but wrong plug (I'm in the UK and they ship internationally and never stated anything about a standard plug!). STILL NO WORD FROM THE COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
