Worst service provided. On the website, it was mentioned that after payment of the consultation fee I will be provided a representative in 2 hours. No one called back and there is no response even when I called back. The sales representative is not picking up the call when asked for a refund of paid fees. Will not recommend

As I was browsing the youtube videos for filing of ITR, I came across MyOnlineCA. I was a bit skeptical at first, yet I made the payment for the service required. I was so surprised that within a few hours my draft was ready for my approval and within the next hour, it was filed as well. I learnt about it from youtube and then looked for google reviews. I was still sceptical and hence took Rs.499 basic consultation scheme to check further. I was provided with a form to fill all the details which I did and post that I was surprised to see that within 24 hours they have drafted my ITR. I just went through it and paid my extra tax through challan and then they filed my ITR. Communication was very very short and crispy and no hustle at all. Within 4-5 mails ITR was filed. Loved the service. I must say I was charged Rs.15000 from local CA to file this ITR 3 which this team did in Rs. 3000.
