I've now used my device for pain management for 2 periods and I'm so impressed. Usually the 1st day or 2 of my period is hard to deal with due to my cramps being so strong. I usually have to take pain killers and even still it is challenging to get on with my day. This works for me, it really takes the edge off and I feel like I can actually function! So happy I gave it a go.

no transparency ! for a company that talks about holistic health & promotes itself as ‘natural’, myoovi is shockingly unwilling to be transparent about their practices and ingredients. i emailed to ask (after not being able to find anything on the website) about where the myoovi device is made & what the pads & machine are made of. i only received a reply that dodged all of my questions and when i emailed again i was ignored.

myoovi also sells supplements with NO full ingredients listed. its so easy for companies to hide bulking agents (that can mess with your hormones!!!) by not listing the full ingredients. there is also no evidence of third party testing which is essential for assured quality. for the very high price tag compared to other supplements with similar goals it’s crazy that there is nothing to uphold myoovi to any standards and show that they’re not using shady practices.

This product is really pretty and definitely compact but it just doesn't really so the job and I still had to take 2 iboprofens as well to remove pain. Is this common in your first use. The sensations also feel odd and I feel like the pain just doesn't really go

I bought my device around 6 months ago and tried it out a good few months before I leave this review. While I appreciate it doesn't work for everyone, it does work pretty well on me. My periods are very heavy and often comes with period cramps. Every time I put it on, my cramps does ease without the need to take pain killers, which was the reason why I bought it so I am no longer taking pain killers all the time.

I Have adenomyosis and endo, and I admit I've bought myoovi with a sincere doubt. You know, painkillers rarely work, so, how does this device could really make a difference? To me, It does. It makes a difference every month: even when my menstrual cycle isn't already started, but I'm however in a lot of pain, I apply myoovi and i feel Better. I need to admit that my pain doesn't disappear totally, but It helps a lot!

Ho comprato myoovi con un grosso dubbio, dato che soffro di adenomiosi ed endo. Pensavo: se i più forti antidolorifici fanno poco, come può questo device aiutarmi? E sono rimasta colpita! Lo uso sia durante le mestruazioni, sia in premestruo, che nel mio caso sono dolorose quasi come le vere mestruazioni. Chiaro che non fa le magie, ma è veramente utile per evitare di prendere quintali di pastiglie al giorno.

I received a Myoovi device for Christmas and have been using it to help alleviate period cramps since then. This device has been a game changer for me, especially during the night when I am unable to take painkillers. Thanks to this device I no longer wake up in pain in the middle of the night. It is discrete and the butterfly sticker pad is comfortable and leaves no sticky residue. I have been able to re use the sticker pad 3 times now although I feel I will need to replace this the next time that I use it. This device has genuinely improved my feelings about my period and I would highly recommend to anyone who has struggled with painful periods.

I wanted to love this, and at first, I did. Then it stopped working and never worked again after recharging. They sent a replacement very efficiently, which I now realise is because this is likely a common occurrence. The replacement never worked. I've had two massive flare-ups in this time and two Myoovis that don't work. I'm trying to get a refund, and then I'll buy a Tens machine from Boots for half the price. Nice marketing doesn't work.

Update was that I could either choose an 80% refund or try my third device...

I am currently being tested for endometriosis and due to it being a long process the pains I experience are so painful throughout the month, especially during my period. My boyfriend purchased this for me as he saw online it may help, I didn’t expect this to work as the pains are so painful. However, this has helped me SO much and really eases the pain. I do still feel aches but the severe pain dissapears after around 5-10 minutes and is amazing to have on during work under your clothes as it is not noticeable really. You can also change the intensity for how painful it is which really helps. Such an amazing item and really recommend for girls who really suffer with their pains! X

Would avoid purchasing. Unsafe to use.

I had the butterfly strips on for less than 3 hours before it burnt me. My skin feels like leather, is red and an extremely itchy. This has happened on both the adhesive butterfly strips that came with the box and happened. Firstly I thought it might have been an issue with the adhesive butterfly strip but I opened a new adhesive strip and have been severely burnt and in such pain that is worst than my endo pain.

Advice not to purchase. It really hurts.

It's quite difficult to decide on a star rating- ideally I'd like to give separate ratings for the device and the customer service. For the device I'd give 2, as it's disappointing compared to its promises, and for the customer service I'd give 3-4. So I'll compromise and give 3, which perhaps makes it sound like I found the device more effective than I did!
I thought it sounded wonderful, especially with the reviews. For me, however, it's over-hyped and over-priced. I was hoping I could use it to prevent myself cramping, however, my experience was that I still cramped, the electrical signals/ vibrations on top were just a distraction. When I increased the intensity I found it intermittently emitted sudden strong pulses which felt a bit like being punched in the stomach, and I'd suddenly bend over due to the weird feeling! If I'd been with anyone at the time they would have wondered what was going on. I find paracetamol is more effective anyway, and as it's much cheaper I sent my Myoovi back.
I found Myoovi customer service quick to respond to my emails, the one point I will make is that the agent who replied to me stressed that I'd only get a refund if the boxes were undamaged. I found this a bit threatening, as after all, the promise is that you can try Myoovi "worry-free" for 60 days and get a guaranteed refund if you're unsatisfied. If you're feeling unwell due to your period this may be unwanted stress. I was refunded without issue anyway, just a point to bear in mind that it did sound a bit threatening.

Myoovi really works for me. I still have to take some pain killers but way less than before and it helps me sleep through the night. I had an issue with my order and their customer service was great too. 100% recommend

Dealing with persistent menstrual cramp pain in my lower abdomen, I was initially skeptical about Myoovi's effectiveness. To my surprise, it genuinely eased my pain, allowing me to navigate through daily activities comfortably. While the product works wonders, my only reservation lies in the price of the butterfly pads. I hope that Myoovi considers making them more affordable to enhance accessibility for users seeking reliable relief.

I've been curious about myoovi for some time now, I decided go enquire about the equipment with the customer service team. As the price is quite high, its understandable that some people would like to know certain information to ascertain whether this equipment could be useful to them.

As s sufferer or stage 4 endometriosis I have severe back and abdominal pain. I have contacted the customer service team on 5 separate occasions looking for some support and answers to my questions. I initially got a generic response (copied and pasted information from their website), when I clarified this wasn't what I was looking for, the service team just didn't respond to any of my further emails or social media messages.

Myoovi if you're going to charge such high equipment, at very least ensure your support team is going to held to a high standard of care.

I had high hopes of myoovi based some of feedback and reviews, but unfortunately your customer service has let you down.

15/03 - Update - I did email you again on 05/03 to which you've still ignored. I can't believe how difficult it is to get your customer service team to answer a simple, single question, yet you email me nearly everyday with spam generic emails trying to convince me to purchase. I will find a different supplier, can't be bothered chasing you guys anymore.

I love using my oovi when I have light cramp but it doesn’t help when the pain gets severe. Other than that, it’s a nifty wee device to have for when the cramps are mild.

Be careful if you want to return the myoovi. I purchased it after reading ‘ That's why if you change your mind, you have 60 days to return your Myoovi and get your money back. No questions asked!
We'll even cover the shipping for you.’ on the website. When I asked to return it they asked lots of questions and already you can tell they’re trying to find a reason to not refund me. Now im being told it has to be in the original packaging, everything in tact and the box undamaged. What a con.

I got my life back with Myoovi!
The pain I used to feel every month would render me immobile for at least a full day and no amount of ibuprofen and hot water bottles helped (my pain was usually terrible!). Myoovi goes with me all day and everywhere, and I barely need ibuprofen to complement. My life is so much better now!

Firstly, customer service is impeccable! I highly recommend this product purely for the team they use, they are super helpful and kind when I had accidentally ordered the wrong shade for me.
On to the product itself;
I have been using myoovi for a year now. I have undiagnosed suspected endometriosis, so you can imagine the immense pain I can sometimes endure during my monthly cycle. Women with suspected endo all know how hard it is to get seen by gynaecologists and to be actually listened to by a doctor, and I myself are sadly one in most of the 10% that have been let down by my GP, so this was a no brainier purchase for me.
This product has been a hit and miss for me personally. I generally think this can work for some people and not for others and from my experience, it’s been a mix. I find that when I’m in more extreme pain, rolling around on my bed, the device just makes the pain more uncomfortable and painful, however this product is absolutely great for more minor pain, it is perfect for numbing those sharp twitches and aches.
I definitely recommend trying it out as I think it’s worth it if you are a endo sufferer, and even better they offer a policy that you can return it if you don’t think it works for you.
Overall this product is a perfect idea for any women that is experiencing slight pain and discomfort on their periods, it’s discreet, easy to use, and does work! I just think there is no cure unfortunately for the extreme pain, so don’t be fooled, you may want to refer yourself to a gynaecologist if you are experiencing excruciating pain as it can be something serious like endometriosis and the only cure for that pain is surgery unfortunately.
Again this product didn’t work for me but it could work for you and I definitely think it’s worth to try as it’s different for everybody.

I bought my oovi a year or two ago and loved it, however, ordered a new one due to losing my first and have had nothing but trouble!

My skin is so irritated by the butterfly pads now and becomes swollen, itchy, and scabs after a short time wearing it. I’ve always put it on clean skin and got in touch with customer support before but since the pads are ‘hypoallergenic’ there’s nothing else I can do.

It’s a shame! Used to be my go-to.

I never had the chance to experience whether this product worked or not as 10 days after I had ordered it (5-7 business days was the stated delivery time) it had still not arrived.
In fairness to the company, I was refunded and told I could keep the product when it turned up - however 2 months later and still nothing. I'm sure royal mail could be blamed as much if not more, but I was super excited for it and my confidence in trying again has really diminished.

They have really good products. The supplements are a great support when it comes to my endometriosis and intermenstrual-bleeding and all the pain that comes with it. I still need to watch my nutrition (anti-flammatory food). But I could reduce my painkiller amount from 8 to 2 a day. MyEndo, Myoovi and MyVibe are a really great support all together. Thanks for helping women out there that are really suffering.
