Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've been trying to get my account fixed for over 2 weeks in order to redeem my rewards and I have had little to no correspondence from support despite countless emails. If this is the way Dynata allow their businessman and staff to operate it's safe to say I would never pay to business with them and I'm willing to share that view point.
I think it's time I start contacting their "partners" to advise them of the misconduct and the reputation of the company they are advertising through and to recommend alternatives for them.
If MyOpinions don't want to do the right thing by the people then maybe losing advertising and business opportunities will encourage them to change! Game on guys!!!

It's great spending 30 minutes of your life on a survey (which has been advertised as only taking 10-15 minutes) and getting screened out at the end so all your priceless time goes down the toilet and these marketing companies have zero value on your time

I have been doing surveys on this site for nearly 7 years, it's a great way of learning about what's coming and being able to voice an opinion

I really love this survey site. My opinions pays you to answer questions that get me thinking , and if I make it through, I get paid for it. It is brain exercise and I get paid for it! Give it a go ! It’s so exciting when you earn a reward!

Easy to use and very helpful if something goes wrong

The surveys are often very interesting and the methods of leaving an opinion are easy to navigate. The questions are non-ambiguous and are clearly worded for stress free response.

I have not tried to withdraw from my opinions yet, however so far I have been satisfied with my opinions as a survey platform. There are plenty of surveys to complete and is easy to use. Definitely better so far than other survey platforms I have used.

Definitely one of the better survey sites. Very few issues with credit going to your account, really good customer service when there is an issue. Lots of surveys available. Main downfall is estimated survey lengths can be misleading, sometimes by a little bit and sometimes by a lot.

The surveys are generally interesting and rewarding. I would like to be able to redeem points through a Coles credit card.

I have been with MyOpinions for a few years now and there are always surveys available. I like the level system to get bonus points. Payments get processed quickly.

A great way to earn a little extra cash however it does take a long time to build up enough points to cash them in.
Be prepared to spend time doing the surveys but they are worth it.
