Packets can be hard to open with…
Packets can be hard to open with fingers if you don't have nails.
Some taste ok. They don't dissolve on the tongue but stick to the roof of the mouth. So.e dissolve quick and others I had to chew which is ok.
I've had the collagen, vit c, happi tum( don't see a diff) and derma.
I've now ordered the vit b12 and energynojes off Amazon ( why r they cheaper on Amazon?).
I have read good reviews so gping to persistent, despite them being quite expensive.

Don’t taste as it should!
Supposed to be strawberry flavour but all you can taste is very strong liquorice type taste which isn’t pleasant and it takes a very long time to dissolve which makes it even worse.

Highly Recommend As An Experienced Runner
I had one diso strip before one of my weekly long distance runs a couple of weeks ago and felt no difference whatsoever which really disappointed me - However, I decided to try taking two strips before each of my three runs this week and I now know what the hype is about - 100% felt stronger for longer and probably had my best runs this year so far - I will be using this product before every single run herein

The vegan collagen is great
The vegan collagen is great! It did stick to my mouth but was dissolved in seconds. Tastes nice and is so much better than messing about with powders, which normally tastes gross. I will buy again.

- the flavour is really not for me. The artificial sweetness mixed with bitterness it’s not quite inviting.
