Did not get overnight whwn paid for.

I ordered Zan Gan Ling on may twenty first, with overnight shipping costing, forty dollars extra. It just arrived yesterday, which was June. Third obviously no way overnight.
I would like a refund.

This is not my first time making a purchase. The process and delivery time were consistent with my previous purchase. I didn't have any trouble on the site finding any of the items I was looking for. Great place to shop.

The pump on the Neutrogena bottle was…

The pump on the Neutrogena bottle was damaged. It appears that during fulfillment they taped the pump dispenser. I have emailed and sent messages several times and no one is contacting me. This is horrible customer service.
