Avoid this company!!
REPLY: And as I explained to you, it is legally your responsibility to pay for shipping costs for a defective and firmly suspected inauthentic product. As I also proved to you, having gone to the trouble of sending you pictures and a video of the faulty item as requested, I ordered the correct product both in accordance with your description and as per the Apple product description you claim this is an original of. A magnet is a magnet in any event, it either works or it doesn’t. Having finally got this review back live after you did absolutely everything to hide it, you still clearly think you can set up business in the UK and get away with your shenanigans. I gave you every opportunity under the sun to get this resolved in accordance with the laws of this country, aside from what is entirely reasonable of course, and you have arrogantly and defiantly refused at every turn. Oh and you might want to put some more thought into these 5 star reviews if you also want to try passing them off as genuine.
Products entirely defective and worse suspected.. despite all opportunities presented to him, this rogue company and owner have refused to resolve and refund. This country seriously needs to find its backbone and deal with these parasites. Trustpilot has done everything possible to support this appalling company and carries equal shame.
