I've been trying to contact the company for several weeks now with zero reply. I've tried email, Instagram, Facebook comments which just directed me to their Facebook messenger bot which was useless. I've tried Instagram messaging, the inquiry method on there, and even messaging the creator on his personal account linked from the company insta. My office coordinator has tried emailing multiple times as well. To order through our department to try the kits, we need their W9 but at this point, I don't know what else to do to get in contact.

I have made three items so far and what a fun new hobby wicker weaving is! I have already ordered my next piece to try. The videos are great, the lady giving the instructions is very calming :) My only downside is there being no vegan option for the leather handbag strap. I would love to make it but I’m not paying money for pieces of an animal!

Cannot rate myown2hands highly enough. Their kits are excellent value for money and the tutorials are the best I have seen for crafting. I love the fact your tutor is there to show you the whole project from start to finish and the same steps are repeated so you get to understand the process. I have purchased several kits and have enjoyed each one.

Awesome people, the instructional videos are so clear and well explained that even a novice like me can make amazing willow pieces, I've made trays, stars and hearts and given them as gifts that have been loved. Patrick's emails keep me aware of new offers and projects, and are a ray of sunshine when read. Would recommend highly to everyone.

I started working with willow about 2 and a half years ago using the online tutorials from MO2H. After completing my first project, I was hooked. I was blown away by the step by step approach, taking you right through the process of preparation, start to finish weaving, trouble shooting potential issues and having something tangible to hold at the end. The last two and a half years have been a journey for me, which without the amazing courses from MO2H, wouldn't have happened. Thankyou.

As a result of buying a willow weaving kit from My Own 2 Hands, Ive opened up a new hobby and Im hooked! Weaving willow is therapeutic and absorbing and there are a range of projects that allow you to start simple and move on to more complicated ones as your skills develop. Once you have purchased a kit, you have access to the training videos for ever which is great. Ive since bought books on the subject and found more creative ideas through following practitioners on social media.

From ordering, following the tutorials through to the final product everything about myown2hands is so good.
Delivery is prompt and the quality of the willow and tutorials is excellent.
Such a relaxing experience with no pressure as you complete the item in your own time with informative instructions from the online tutor pausing and rewinding if required.
Completing any of the projects is so enjoyable and a huge sense of satisfaction on completion.

I was given 2 kits as a present, the bird feeder and the bird box. I have completed the bird feeder, the video tutorial was detailed and easy to follow. I am very pleased with my finished bird feeder and looking forward to the next project.

I was given a gift for one of the courses, the link demanded I entered my credit card details. This is not right for a gift. I sent an email but got no reply.
However after waiting for a few days the problem was sorted, I can now acess the link.

This company is brilliant. I was initially concerned that I couldn't access the course but Patrick sorted out right away and the communication has been excellent throughout. The course is great and so useful to pause and go back over steps at your own pace. I've made the oval basket having never weaved before so definitely fine for a beginner. It's a tad wonky but I'm looking forward to perfecting my skills on the next one. Thanks for all your help Patrick x

Absolutely a great product. Easy to follow instructions, which can be accessed anytime. Courses are difficult to find in my area, so this is ideal. Surplus willow which allows for mistakes or ability to make other items. Product and delivery great value for money. Before and after assistance 10/10.

Ordered on Sunday, two items that stated (and still state) shipped next business day. Its now Thursday, no delivery and the courier company have not received the parcel. The response from the company was that they had had a large number of orders recently, it is Christmas, what do they expect. If you can't fulfill your commitments, either recruit more for the busy periods, or be honest on your website with your shipping timescales.

I loved making the willow stars and they look great. The kit contained enough willow to make two stars and there was still some left over. I had to buy another set of lights but it was worth it.

We bought 4 basket kits and found this unbelievably difficult to make as a beginner. We endlessly watched and rewatched the videos, but found the oval baskets impossible and had to give up.

Enjoyed making the bird houses from the '2 for 1' offer i bought several months ago. The videos are fabulous quality and produced in such a way that it's almost like sitting in a friendly one-to-one weaving workshop! Guidance is great and any possible pitfalls have been thought of with hints and tips along the way. I tried to make the second bird house without the tutorial and also to find a way of enclosing the top to keep the inside drier. Mixed results with that one - a bit messier but it was fun to experiment and there's still plentry of willow in the kit for another small project

After my first purchase and having to wait in on four consecutive days for an item that they assured me would arrive on each of those days I decided to cut my losses and not order again. However, silly me, went and spent over £200 on more kits having been bitten by the weaving bug in a local class. Again huge problems with deliveries. Emails to seller just aren't the best way of sorting problems. They need a contact number as the courier (DX) that they use is equally un contactable. There were 3 parcels due and two arrived, later than the advised day and eventually the second arrived fully open and my soaking bag and bodkin awol. Now at the end of the day this company say what happens when parcels leave them is out of their control, BUT it is their choice of courier and they did admit they'd had problems with them lately. I advised that I would not be purchasing from them again so when I mentioned some sort of compensation for days tuck at home waiting for deliveries that do not turn up when advised...they offer a money off voucher for next purchase. Taking the mickey or what???? I have to say the videos look good but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth when you pay a substantial sum and receive such poor service all round - so I haven't even started on any of the projects yet.

My three grown up children bought me the oval basket kit for my 70th birthday. I do several crafts but had never done willow weaving before. They also bought 4 star kits for us all to do together. We had a wonderful day. In hindsight I should have started with the star kit. The oval basket was a challenge but I completed it over four sessions with Molly's wonderful online tutorials, and I really love my finished (albeit very slightly wonky!) basket. Molly is so easy to follow and covers everything you could possibly want to ask. I am looking forward to my next project, possibly the round shopping basket. Maybe some Christmas decorations first. The ordering and delivery have been faultless.
