We ordered the grill however there was nothing in the description to say it didn't come with a standard plug and that it would need to be hard wired.
So now we have to pay the additional cost for this to be corrected.
Also, the tracking system for the delivery was not updated regularly so we had no idea when it was coming until notification on the day.
Disappointing experience all round. I will not be purchasing again from your site nor recommending anyone else to do the same.

I am sorry for any confusion or disappointment. It quite clearly states in the item specifics "No plug, hardwired 20A outlet required". Furthermore, this is advertised as a 4.4kW commercial grill, this could never be plugged into a standard powerpoint.

PUMP works well. Some difficulty in assemby.
The Pump is great. It is in and running well. Quality seems good so far.
If there was some small points (I won't say criticisms), it would have been nice if there was a description of the fittings that would be needed to assemble the sections together. I know they could vary from job to job but for the most part they would be the similar. The Ad said there were full assembly instructions but I found none.
A large dia O-Ring and a Seal (plus a small dia O-Ring) were provided but with no description of where or what they were for.
The Controller bottomed out so I guessed that was where the seal and the larger O-Ring went. To shorten the thread length. However the order in which they were fitted was debatable. It worked - flat washer on top of O-Ring, so I left them there.
The upper 1" connection on the Pump was a parallel thread so I guessed that was where the small diameter O-Ring came in. Worked somewhat but I needed to use a LOT of thread-tape to stop the leaking. It seemed that too much pressure on the O-Ring would crush it.
This review is for the sellers benefit. Hope it helps.

We called Toll on your behalf and they advised you had requested a depot pick up.
So the last time we called you we advised you to communicate with Toll, as for one we had no luck contacting you, nor can we arrange depot pick up for you without the required info.
I even left my personal mobile for you to call. Until I know where you want to collect the item from I cannot follow up with Toll. That is why I suggested you just call Toll.
