MyPDA is a must for any new and seasoned developer. The application is set out methodically and is really easy to use. Personally I’m new to property investing, and MyPDA has helped me to quickly analyse deals, which gives me great confidence in knowing I have covered all eventualities when formulating offers.

The days of endless spreadsheets and hours analysing deals are long gone.

Claire’s support is also an added bonus to assist with any guidance that is not covered in the large library of instructional videos to help you find your way around.

And not to forget, the final sheet that presents all your workings, in a way that will make you stand out from the rest when making an offer and building relationships with potential vendors.

I’m certainly pleased to have this in my toolkit as I start my property journey.

I had some training with Claire from MyPDA as I was struggling with getting measurements from house floor plans. After Claire had shown me the process and some other parts of MyPDA I was able to speak to an agent with regards to a property that stacked, mentioned everything claire said he said he thought the offer was about right but his vendor is a tricky guy to deal with. Said I would send over the analysis for him to present to the owner. He also mentioned two off market developments because he said it was nice to speak to someone who knew what he was doing for a change lol 😂

I have worked with myPDA for over a year now and have found it immensely helpful in analysing, refining, apprising and offering on development projects.

The attention of detail with regards to functionality and practicality is incredible. Everything is where you expect it to be. The ability to no longer custom create a different spreadsheet for each development is a god send.

Claire, is always there to help if you have any questions. The initial call to go through the system is very informative.

If you are a developer, or considering taking the step from landlord to developer, then this software/product will be paramount to your success.

Claire is passionate about her business and it comes across by the bucketload. I have full confidence in the solution MyPDA offers, it's intuitive but also guides in some areas where my knowledge is not so great.

My experience of MyPDA has far exceeded my initial expectations.
