An excellent buying experience! After searching online for something a little different for a small space, we found an artist/picture that ticked the box. We came across My Perfect Art, they had a wide variety of pictures including the picture we were interested in. Importantly they had excellent feedback & reviews from our research. The website purchase was a really good experience & at a competitive price. The whole process after was amazing. Brilliant, clear & friendly communication that kept us in the loop. We had regular updates from Rus which is nice to get & we received our picture on time, packaged perfectly & the after sales service to check everything was ok. Discussed what I wanted with him and he was only to happy to advise me on tweaks of what I wanted done and the results were brilliant ! Rus was a pleasure to talk to and really helpful. He told us where our order was and informed us of when it was getting despatched. He was that helpful we even asked him if he coud source us another picture.... He did... A perfect gentleman.

Russell the owner of the art gallery is extremely proactive and helpful. He maintained regular updates via WhatsApp chat during the time when I bought a pair of Kay Boyce paintings. And he organised and coordinated everything so that you’ve no worry about getting the paintings or the delivery. He is very efficient and very responsive to all aspects of my queries. It helps to feel more confident about ordering some expensive paintings online directly thru him.

Yet again fantastic service,Russell was tremendous in finding a Doug Hyde picture I had been looking for for over a year but could not get,after speaking to Russell within a day he had sorted the picture and had it framed in colour and style I wanted.
Cannot recommend My Perfect Art enough,this is my third picture from them and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Having previously bought some art via Rus. We went back to him to see if he could source a particular painting we had found elsewhere. He went one better and put us in touch with a brilliant artist called Kealey Farmer who we commissioned to create us a large triptych piece for our new home. The painting is perfect and the service we received from Rus was, once again, outstanding! Thoroughly recommend.

It was the best price online, and after I made the purchase l needed it delivered on a specific day, the communication was excellent as was the customer service.

Framed print arrived on time, was well packaged, quality of the frame and the certificate of authenticity was securely fastened to the back.
