I am very disappointed with my experience. I recently discovered that I had been charged monthly for a subscription for around one year, even though I was unaware that I had an active subscription.
I have not used the service, or may have only used it once, and I completely forgot about it. I also searched my emails but could not find clear subscription information, invoices, renewal reminders, or an easy way to manage or cancel the subscription.
By the time I noticed, the total amount taken was over £300. In my opinion, the subscription and ongoing payments were not made clear enough. I have now requested cancellation and a refund, and I am disputing the charges with my bank.
I believe companies should make subscriptions, renewals, invoices, and cancellation options clear and easy to find. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend the service unless this issue is resolved properly.

I was overcharged, and after cancelling my subscription I was blocked from downloading my own CV. The subscription terms are not made clear and feel hidden behind misleading wording.
I have emailed them 10 times to ask for my cv I paid for,. They are withholding it until I re subscribe to get my cv . I was in hospital and couldn’t download it . Very poor customer experience be extremely careful before signing up.
RESPONSE TO YOUR MESSAGE -
Your response does not address my complaint and appears to avoid the actual issue.
I have contacted your email address approximately 10 times requesting the CV that I paid for, and despite repeated attempts to get assistance including informing you that I was in hospital have still not received the service I paid for. I do not want to re subscribe to pay again to download my Cv.
I am not contacting you about subscription terms or your cancellation policy. I am requesting the product I paid for. The fact that you continue to send generic responses instead of resolving this matter is unacceptable.
Please provide my CV immediately or explain clearly why you are refusing to provide a service that I have paid for. If this is not resolved promptly, I will consider taking this further through the appropriate consumer complaint channels.
I expect a direct response addressing my request, not another automated explanation.
