I was charged after a trial ended not realizing they was a trial and was canceling my subscription after I was charged 23.95 and was asked several times about keeping it for a lower price. The lady was nice but wasn't taking no for an answer after I stated cancel several times but it finally worked out. I guess pay attention to trial offers and look closely to your credit card statements.

I thought that I was getting a free resume from My Perfect Resume, instead I was charged $2.97 for two weeks. Then they charged me $23.95 for a monthly subscription. I canceled immediately after my payment to my bank, now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund!
