Save yourself the hassle, buy elsewhere

Ordered some brake pads on 02/08/25 and phoned up to cancel the order on 06/08/25 as they were no longer required. The order status was still ‘submitted’ when I called. They said this was fine, they confirmed my order was cancelled and said I would receive a refund within 3-5 days

Today (16/09/25) I’m still waiting for my refund.

I called again on 21/08/25, 01/09/25 and 09/09/25 to chase. Each time I was told it was strange that I hadn’t had the refund and the guy answering said he needed to check with Jackie who was on lunch and would call me back. The last time he said he would call me back in an hour. Every time I never heard back, I even called back after an hour after the last call but had no answer. Since then they didn’t answer my calls even though their message says they have received my call and someone will call me back.

The company are impossible, don’t know why they have a WhatsApp as they don’t respond, just get an auto reply to call them and only between 2pm and 6pm. They don’t ever respond to emails either.

I’m now initiating a charge back claim through my bank.

Save yourself the hassle, buy elsewhere.

SCAM

Do not use this company I'm sure they are just a scam. They don't not respond to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp or messages on Instagram. They will take your money and not send out your parts. And will delete your reviews off there website. Don't waste your time

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Refrain from using this company; they are utterly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. It will be extremely challenging to reach them. I ordered some parts that never arrived. When I contacted them, they repeatedly lied to me, claiming that the parts were damaged and would be reshipped. I waited a few more days, but they never updated me, and the parts still did not arrive on the day they had promised. I had to call them multiple times to finally get through to them, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional, repeatedly telling me falsehoods about my order. They don't even deserve the one star!!!

FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I have never used this company before and i will not again! I placed an order for Mustang GT XForce headers with Hi Flow sports CATS.I cancelled the order as the labour to fit them is unreal,it would of cost me too much money to get fitted.

Anyway i cancelled the order 3 days ago Sam told me it take 1 full working day until i get a cancellation email ,the last 2 days i have had no emails from them about my order cancellation.

I had to borrow money off of a family member as i thought i would have this sorted by now and potentailly got a refund within 2 days or have this confirmed at least that my order has been cancelled or know that the refund is coming but i got neither!

Today my patience ran out and i messaged Sam on whatsapp again saying all what is in these screenshots i have attached of our whatsapp chat today.

I ended up telling him that i had enough and told him can i have a direct number and talk to accounts he ignored this...I said im going to contact my bank and then MAGICALLY i get 3 emails come through straight away...

Sam said 1 email was 'APPARENTLY' sent yesterday? Well i asked Sam for a screenshot of this 1 sent to me yesterday that was to my email and he ignored it do you know why? Its obvious because it was not sent to me and he could not prove it because it never happened!!!

Instead all 3 emails i have received today,have todays date on them both 🥴🤪!
Thinks im stupid because if 'YESTERDAYS' email came through late today with the other 2 emails (cancellation and refund email) then the other refund email should have YESTERDAYS DATE AND TIME ON IT IF IT WAS 'SENT' TO ME YESTERDAY NOT ALL 3 WITH TODAYS DATE ON!!! I BET YOUR SLAPPING YOUR FACES NOW YOU BEEN CAUGHT OUT 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ WHY LIE FOR AND TAKE THE MICK?!

NOT ONCE DID SAM APOLOGISE TO ME,I WONT BE BUYING FROM THIS SHODDY BUSINESS EVER AGAINAND IN WRITING THIS URGING OTHERS NOT TO EITHER,THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND MESS THEM AROUND SO GO ELSEWHERE!!!

(Alex Connet left a google review and be has the same problem but he actually had to go to his bank to get his money of his and my review of google.Apologies for the spelling mistakes or wrong letters in words on the screenshots of the whatsapp chat,my fingers are too big for touch phones but you will get the idea of this situation and it shows Sams attitude and that he completely ignores my request to send proof of a screenshot then when i say i will contact my bank straight away i get '3' emails the 2 refund emails 1 was meant to of been the 1 that was sent yesterday but has todays date because 'JACKIE' sent 2 making out to Sam 1 was yesterday and 2 was today...LIES,BOTH HAD TODAYS DATE🤦🏻‍♂️ IT IS UNREAL,SHOULD ALL BE WORKING IN A CIRCUS,WOULD BE A TOP ACT WITH THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS 🤡🤡🤡!)

You will see in the screenshots photos on my google review the lies and deceit from My Performance Parts to me 😡🤬.And my citizens advice form confirmation i submitted.No customer should have to go through this its disgusting!

EDIT : WAITED A FULL WEEK FOR A REFUND AND STILL NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK,I HAVE FILLED A CITIZENS ADVICE FORM OUT THIS MORNING WHO WILL PASS IT ONTO TRADING STANDARDS TO SHOW THEM THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRADING ANYMORE!!!

ON MONDAY I WILL NOW HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY AS THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER TO WHICH I STILL HAVE PROOF OF AND STILL NO MONEY AFTER THEIR SO CALLED '5 TO 7 DAY WAIT'.

I HOPE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM TRADING STANDARDS,SAM, JACKIE AND WHOEVER ELSE, I CERTAINLY AM AND THE LEGAL ACTION I AM PURSUING AGAINST YOU ALL!

9th June 2025 i reported these to my bank and done my part.So far police and crime fighting agencies are aware through scam advisor,my bank will more than likely also contact police and or action fraud police as they are going to give me the money back and chase My Performance Parts for the money to give back to my bank,citizens advice,trading standards and any legal action i can also take will ruin them once and for all 😆😁👌🏻👍🏻.

Don’t bother

So I had so much hassle with these people as I got made to wait a week after ordering it for them to even ship it, many a message and phone calls to try and get an update as to what was happening, person on the phone was pretty rude and would just hang up after trying to find out about when my item would be shipped. 10 pound postage for 1-2 day delivery for them to decided when they ship it, absolute joke won’t be ordering from this website again

Very poor quality and charge you 25% to restock faulty goods

Very poor quality products and customer service. I purchased some carbon fibre vents, which did not fit very well at all. They are also not a very good carbon fibre finish. I asked to get them replaced, or refunded, and they replied saying to send them back and they will charge me 25% restocking fee, return delivery AND the postage costs they paid to send them out. Firstly, this is illegal, if you look up the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As these did not even fit (screw holes didn't align, and the flat surface of the vents was wavey, so parts of them were lower than the bonnet, while other parts were flush and higher than the bonnet) these should be returned at the cost of the company that supplied them. You also have 30 days minimum to return, which I did (even though they claim you are only allowed 14 days). Also (and this is the good bit) they told me that their terms and conditions supersede UK law.
