I saw this aftershave (Bulgari Wood Essence)whilst in the airport on our travels. After arriving home and searching for it through various websites, I came across MyPerfume.Shop. It was a very competitive price, but the factor that persuaded me to buy from this company was the great reviews of the customer service. Also the fact that Chris, the founder took pride in his company to the point of replying directly to any (only odd ones) disgruntled customers unhappy with their purchases. His replies were brilliantly and constructively put together without once blaming or disrespecting the customer. But responded in a way where you knew that he had looked at each and every email, text etc for the full story in order to be able to reply accordingly in a very professional and understanding way.
I wish more companies were like this.
I had faith in the product and the company after reading about the company and the reviews. Would definitely purchase again. The Bulgari arrived very well packaged and I am highly satisfied with it and with the service given. Thank you from an extremely satisfied customer
