Good experience, but external factors dampen the positivity.
The website and purchasing side is brilliant. Order was packed and shipped off the following day (updates sent to my email and good customer service). However, I paid for express delivery and I have removed a star because the parcel was deemed “dangerous/flammable” by the courier company and subsequently downgraded to economy. It has now been a week and still no delivery. Surely this must be a known problem and steps could be taken to avoid the situation, or alternatively Express delivery should only be an option for customers in Cape Town, where no air shipping is needed.
