ZERO STARS. Scammers. Do not purchase.
If i could have given 0 stars i would have.
I purchased 3 perfumes all in stock.
I receive an email 3 days after advising that they are just giving the heads up that due to the issues in the middle east my order may be delayed.
I emailed 4 times with no response. I was then advised my order was on its way. I check my order. NO only 1 of the 3 perfumes was being sent. This email also did not say. We are sorry we could not fulfil your whole order. I had to email them AGAIN. Then and only then was i told they didnt have the other 2 and offered me store credit plus 10% I responded and asked how I know which ones they have in their warehouse so I dont have the same issue. Again no response.
I then get an email asking to leave a review on trust pilot if my experience was good and if not to contact them. I email again explaining my order has not been fulfilled and I would like a refund as no one has got back to me about the store credit.
Once again. No response. I have since received 1 perfume. Have not received a refund or store credit and no one is responding.
Instead you get the automated email responses.
Have reported to fair trading and ACCC. I would encourage anyone experiencing this issue with them to do the same.
Blind buy successful
Decided to blind buy two fragrances one for myself and another for my husband, and so happy I did. They were everything the hype was saying about them, lattafa Rave Now edp and Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man EDT.
The website is so easy to navigate and the whole experience was quick, definitely recommend Myperfumeshop!

Delayed and refusing to provide refund
Item ordered 30 May with estimated delivery of 5-10 June. Received an email right after my order was placed that the item’s a pre order and to allow an extra 7% on the ETA. No worries, didn’t need it until 20 June. Item never arrived so I contacted the service team and asked to cancel the order as I no longer needed it. I bought something else as a present to my nephew. Was advised on 21 June that item was delayed and would be shipped in 2-3 business days. I advised them that due to the long delay, item would still be returned as I didn’t need it anymore. Received a response on 25 June saying item was now going to be shipped in 1-2 days. If I didn’t raise a dispute with my credit card company and raised a complaint with Fair Trading, I never would have received my refund. Never again

However, the overall experience took nearly seven weeks, communication was slow, the complimentary sample that had been added to my order was later removed without explanation, and I was asked to leave a review before I had even received my parcel. I'm happy with the perfumes, but the ordering process could definitely be improved."

A Long Wait, But Absolutely Worth It!
I just received my package containing two bottles of perfume, and I am absolutely thrilled.
I was eagerly anticipating Ajmal Wisal Dhahab, and it did not disappoint. I am incredibly impressed with the quality the scent profile is stunning and exactly what I was hoping for. Both bottles are fantastic additions to my collection.
The waiting period was quite long and a bit frustrating at times. However, given the current unrest in the far Western Asia, the logistics challenges are completely understandable.
A massive, special thank you to Aubrey! She kept me consistently updated on the progress of my shipment, which made the wait much easier to handle.
I was incredibly touched to find a complementary gift included in the package. That kind of thoughtful gesture really sets a company apart.
Despite the external shipping delays, the exceptional customer service from Aubrey and the sheer quality of the perfumes made this an amazing experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Bought a perfume 26th of may. Today 26th of June no news about it, I am asking the refund and they are avoiding that with silly emails and bulshit options which don’t suit me, I don’t know why they are still operating in the market, knowing that they are not capable enough to deliver the product or even give more explanations about the delay

I placed an order in early May for around $400 of fragrance. It is now late June and the order has never been completed.
They didn’t tell me an item was out of stock until I chased them. And because they ship everything together, that one missing item froze my entire order for weeks. When I asked to swap it, the “replacements” they offered were more expensive than the product I’d already paid for - and they’d only cover $10-15 of the difference, expecting me to pay extra to replace an item they failed to stock. I was effectively being asked to spend more money to fix their problem.
Then it got worse. I chased for updates over consecutive days and got total silence. When they finally replied, instead of helping they told me off for sending too many emails - apparently it pushed my own ticket to the back of their queue. There’s no phone number either; I asked them to call me and was told they “don’t take calls” due to volume.
They missed promised dispatch dates more than once. Only part of my order ever turned up. And after six full weeks, the “resolution” they offered was the identical list of options they’d given me in the very first week: keep waiting, swap, store credit, or a refund. Six weeks, and they’d walked me in a complete circle. I gave up and asked for my money back.
If you need anything within a sensible timeframe, do not buy from here. “In stock” means nothing, the estimated dates mean nothing, replacements cost you more, and there’s no one you can actually speak to. Easily the worst online retail experience I’ve had.

Horrible delivery times, and horrible service
Ordered my perfume the last week of April, was a gift for someone for the end half of May, item was supposed to be an expected arrival date of first two weeks of May.
Item has only just shipped now.. in the last week of June.
Blamed the overseas war for the delay.
After email upon email nearly every day for 2 weeks solid trying to get it cancelled and refunded, got nothing but excuse after excuse, offering discounts and extra samples etc.
they tell me they can’t cancel it, can’t refund it.. mind you this was all before they even received the item into their warehouse.
Poor service, poor shipping
Absolute scammers.
2 months for an item to even start being shipped to a customer is absolutely ridiculous.
