I have been doing Tia chi for a month now and have not only enjoyed it, but felt a big difference with in my body. More energy and feel muscles I haven’t had in a very long time. My personal trainer is Kate Brown. She is always there for support when I need her and it has been wonderful. If you are struggling with menopause weight, I recommend giving this a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks you so much Kate Brown.

I am 63 years old and I love this app! I can choose all kinds of different exercises for different target zones of my body…so I switch off day to day! I can choose short durations if I don’t have as much time that day and longer sessions if I have time. Exercises are easy to follow on the app! Nicky from support has been very helpful in getting my app re-installed when I was having issues!

My Personal Challenge App is amazing! There are several workout plans, each workouts are short and very effective. No excuses not to get your workout in each day! I personally have lost 13.5lbs and down several inches and for someone with Hashimotos that’s excellent progress. Emma Heughan, I thank you for your support. I greatly appreciate your help!
