Hello. This is a great app. Hello everyone. This is a great app. I love how it has different contents of excercises and you pick whatever is more convenient for your needs. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and have had chronic pains lately and Oscar Gibson from the support team just advised me what I should do and when and how many times. The app itself has helped me with my chronic issues. I picked Tai CHI WALKING DUE to being easy and relaxing. The explanations are great and you do it at ur own pace and as many times as you can. I do recommend this program for everyone. And thank Oscar again for following up w my health. You will not regret it.

I accidentally signed up for an additional program that I could not use because I am recuperating from a heart attack. I immediately contacted My Personal Challenge the minute I realized my mistake to let them know and they refused to refund my money. The initial sign up can be confusing and deceptive. There are hundreds of similar programs. Stay away. Better Me is the better option. They have good programs and way better customer service.
