I’m a beginner and have tried several motivational programs. I think what has me so curious is that there’s a lot of focus on a middle aged women with busy lives. Additionally the impact on the body and the actual time spent on the training is definitely a bonus. Everyone knows how hard it is to start working your way to obtaining your personal health goals. It’s harder as your age, this is why this program has me so excited to start and I’m looking forward to the weeks ahead. Not just as a weight loss but building muscle, which is important as we age. I’ve only had positive experiences and I’m excited to see results. 🙂

I did tai chi walking for a month and it was excellent, felt a lot better. They are really informative and the instructions are easy to follow. Really good for fitness. I would recommend tai chi walking. Good experience.

Effective exercises with a leader who is easy to follow. The sessions are short and not overwhelming which makes it easier for me to be consistent every day. Although I just completed day 3 but so far so good.
