Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. Promised arrival before Christmas. Still not seen a proof copy. By their own admission via email they are ‘ very busy’ and clearly can’t cope. Poor communication from customer service team. Staff try to charge more for cancellation fee than advertised on website. Feel like I’ve been massively conned. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Poor, poor service.

Ordered on the 28th November, proof took a little longer than usual, which was understandable given the time of year. Had to reject the proof requesting the most minor touch ups (to the text, no change to the actual painting at all), and that change took over a week! Finally received my proof on the 14th December, which I approved and..... Absolutely nothing since. No dispatch, no update, my emails and messages are being ignored.

I know what it's like to work for a small business like this at Christmas time, so was more than willing to be understanding, but this is a joke. Maybe they can spend all of the extra money they have made from overselling their service to hire a competent head of customer services, because who ever is responsible for it at the moment is doing an extremely poor job.
