Made an order the 23th of October. 3weeks later i've emailed them to know where was my order but there was an issue to send me the drawing proof. After seveval modifications, my drawing was still waiting to be printed. The excuse was taht the printer was broken and they were buying a new one. After that, too many orders for christmas. I've asked a refund the 30th of December so 2 mounth lost.
I don't recommend them at all, they are just good for apologizing.

I ordered my frame on the 28th of November. It said it would be delivered the 4th of December.
I did not get it until the 23rd of December and had gotten it delivered to another address so my mother did not have a present for Christmas. Was very disappointed.

Wow . Very very happy with my order . I Ordered 4 frames for Xmas gifts and they all look excellent. I would highly recommend. I will order again in the future

The drawing is amazing and has all the characteristics of Pablo shown but with a unique twist

Bought this item on the 3rd and by the 5th I was asked to review the finished artwork and thought that the speed was great but unfortunately it is the 17th and I haven't had any communication since. I have emailed but no reply to date. I have no idea if it's been shipped or not. This was supposed to be an Xmas present but I have doubts that it will turn up in time. Disappointed.

Still no delivery

Still no delivery. Waiting for 2 products! 2 weeks at least.
No answers to my emails.
Tracking link doesn't work.
Strangely, I receive emails from other customers complaining about the customer service....what's that??? You don't have a bad conscience to collect lots of money and not fulfilling the service!!??

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

great customer service by providing a draft that you can accept or slightly chance to have it really customized!

Says fast shipping on the website and its anything but. Im now waiting over 2 weeks for my package to arrive. I had to email twice (one week apart) before I received any tracking information on my package when it says they'll get back to you within 24hrs. Stop making promises you can't keep and letting your customers down.

Have been offered a replacement poster, but not a new frame and the solution was to replace the poster within the frame myself

Very disappointing

Arrived after 5 days from the date or ordering, updated fully throughout the process and finally arrived with great quality! Highly recommend!

I still haven’t received the piece even though they declare quick, free delivery. And I haven’t gotten any update on it’s status in days

I am very happy with the quality of the product and service received. I particularly appreciated:
- the very fast and accurate execution.
- the opportunity to review and approve the design before it got produced and sent. I asked of some modifications (as I realised the colours in the picture I sent were slightly different than in real life) and had them immediately and accurately applied.
- opportunity to track delivery.

I can only say best words about members of this team. I emailed them and asked them to make a custom frame on a short notice as my mothers birthday was next week. They were extremely helpful and cooperating and even after I got back too them several times by asking to make some changes in the illustration we managed to surprise my mom and she was extremely happy so therefore I was too. The frame itself came undamaged and in perfect state. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful. It’s really nice to work woth such companies as yours ☺️
