absolutely over the moon with my picture its got pride of place on the staircase where we can see it every time we use the stairs, it was a picture of my 3 boys sadly one of them suddenly passed away in February but every time i pass the picture it makes me smile

Website is fantastic and so easy to use. I ordered 3 pictures, I'm a bit of a technophobe but it was straightforward. I received a preview of my pictures and was able to make any changes if I desired before they were finalised. The wall pictures are STUNNING, I couldn't believe how superb they were. The price was well worth it too and delivery wasnt long either. You definitely will not be disappointed!!! Simply fantastic

Fantastic customer service.

I received the proof to confirm the next day. I ordered the picture for my husband and clicked the largest size when I originally palcer the order. I then realised after placing it and paying that the picture would be too big for where I wanted to put it. I emailed them and they very quickly came back to me with confirmation that the size would be smaller and sent me a refund for the difference.

Our dog suddenly passed away on 24/04/22, my husband especially was beside himself..
when I came across my pet frame I thought it was a great idea and a surprise for my husband.
I received our picture within days of accepting the proof.
It made us cry it was so amazing! So pleased, can’t thank you enough xx

I have had nothing but issues in the whole process, very very disappointed. First of all i waited 3 weeks for my order which is fair enough if i was advised this but a. It says delivery in 2-4 days on the website and b. I had no corresponadence to my any of my requests for info on my order through multiple channels (insta/whatsapp/the website). I Just got totally ignored.
I am an English customer with an English address and all my correspondence has been in English but they have sent every email to me in Dutch. I haven't been able to understand a word of them. Not a great overall experience but the only thing that was decent is that product looks great.

Ordered a Single pet watercolor print, with a digital copy. We love the drawing and approved the first draft, this was then sent after a week and we now have it framed and on the wall, still waiting for my digital copy for future use but I was so impressed we just ordered another print for our previous family dog that passed away last year.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE USELESS AND JUST SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY AND ASK FOR MORE BEFORE SENDING THE ITEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM. I PAID FOR A PORTRAIT WITH TWO DOGS AND THEY JUST DONE ONE DOG AND WANTED MORE MONEY EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR TWO! NOW THEY WONT DO ANYTHING!
THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT CAN DO A BETTER JOB THAN THESE PEOPLE!
DO NOT TRUST THEM! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR LOVELY PHOTOS OF YOUR PETS PAST AND PRESENT THEN GO ELSE WHERE!

Ordered a picture of a family members pet who recently passed. they sent the proof next day which I rejected as looked nothing like the image sent had to send further email asking for an update to be told photo was bad quality and send in another one of which I sent in 2 perfectly fine pictures. fast forward a few days still no answer so emailed them asking for update to get a reply saying if I want another picture dine I'll need to pay a further £9.95 by then I've emailed back asking for a refund as they haven't provided thr service ive paid for. now they want £7.95 to be paid to cancel it a day no mention of a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Have resorted to going through PayPal for money back.

UPD: What do you mean you hope I liked it??? I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!! It’s been over 3 months now and I’m still waiting for one correction to be done. You are just proving me that you are a scam

Scam company. It’s almost mid Feb now, order placed on the 8th of December, have rejected proof 3 times to make corrections that they keep ignoring.
Even ignored a tiny request to add some whiskers???
Portrait in 24h is a lie, can take a month, they say they will make corrections, which can take another month of waiting and you’ll still receive the same work over and over again. And the portrait itself looks like a very lazy job.
Customer service is constantly lying, they promise to solve the problem and never do anything.

It took a very long time to arrive and it came with scratches on the glas of the frame.
