As always the person I spoke to was yery helpful and understanding, some people think it's only a dog but it's yery nice to be able to talk to someone who you feel cares. Never had a bad experience. Claims always settled in a reasonable time. Well done

I mistakenly purchased a 6kg bag of grain free dog food instead of 12kg due to the price . When I requested to return it I was told I would have to pay £15.50 for the initial postage and of course the return postage . This company is a complete rip off . Please avoid pets at home is much more affordable

Amazing company! Can't fault them at all lovely customer service always there for you, and very fast delivery for microchips. Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 5 star reviews of MyPet Microchip Database are in my opnion accurate and well deserved. We have just moved our pets registration from Petlog who charge £19.99 as opposed to MtPet at £2.99. We have had ongoing problems with Petlog since 2021 when they themselves admit to issues that were not handled well. We could not see our pets in our Petlog Account! The difference between MyPet and Petlog is like day and night. - Very easy to use interface, ALL INFORMATION visible to the account holder as you would expect, very prompt courteous and efficient communication after any contact. I cannot recommend MyPet highly enough whether it is your pet's initial microchip registration, or if you are looking for a better, highly cost effective (MUCH CHEAPER) alternative to a database company that you are not happy with! - Thank you MyPet. - The way I wish every business treated it's customers!!!

The microchips are really easy to implant and customers pleased with how easy the set up is & much more affordable for multi pet households. Best company I’ve used so far for microchipping!

Absolutely amazing service. I am an implanted and Conor and the team is always so fantastic and they are just brilliant with communication. They have always been there when I need to speak to them about anything or if I have any queries. My Pet have wonderful ethics where microchips are affordable for owners and by having no fees to change owner details this highly encourages owners to keep their details up to date. Therefore lost pets are able to be reunited a lot more successfully due to owners keeping their details up to date. The best microchip company by far.

Having grown sick of paying £20 every time I wanted to register a new pet in my name, I came across MyPet and I'm so glad I did. They don't charge the world to register with them and you can make changes for free if your details change. The website is really intuitive and easy to use. But what stands out for me is the brilliant customer service. Conor went above and beyond while I was going through the process of transferring all of my seven dogs to MyPet from other databases. He checked in to make sure I had received the right emails to transfer everyone and followed up afterwards to make sure I could see all my dogs on my dashboard. I am a dog handler and I will be suggesting to all my colleagues that they also migrate their dogs over to MyPet. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thanks Conor!

I was initially sceptical that £1.99 with mypet does more than what £20 gets with other companies, but so happy I went with them. Free updates on owner address if you move house etc. Simple to use and update and the price sets mypet a world apart from all the others

Our dog had a European microchip which hadn’t been registered in the UK and other companies wanted £20. Thankfully came across MyPet, input the 15 digits and within minutes had the certificate. Checked on a third party website and sure enough, she was registered. Completely legit, why anyone would register elsewhere is beyond me! Save your £££

Awful. Advertised a rebate at my vet. I used Sentinel as a result, did everything asked, which was numerous steps and a nightmare, only to be told they won't honor a $25 rebate because I ordered from Chewy (my vet doesn't carry these prescription types on hand).

Had issues adding my rescue pups onto my account, got a call and email from Conor and he added them both immediately once I'd emailed their details to him. Such a quick and reliable service.

Spoke to Conor regarding changing ownership on Microchip, of my new retired rescue greyhound, and he was very helpful, dealt with my query very quickly, and was a delight to chat to.
