They have good at responding to any queries you may have. Just remember is your order is over 3kg you will incur extra delivery costs even if your order is over £50 - in other words it is only orders which are under 3kg in weight where delivery is free over £50. Where an order is over 3kg, they will advise the delivery cost via email.

I ordered some Whitfield's ointment (an old fashioned but - in my experience - effective treatment of fungal skin infections) from My pharmacist. I had found it quite difficult to find it stocked in traditional chemist shops. I was very happy with the way my order was dealt with - ordering was easy on the website, the price was very reasonable and the product came very quickly.

I cannot give an accurate review when I have yet to receive anything. However, I have requested help re: my missing/undelivered order and am still waiting. Any info would be appreciated.

Found this company was helpfull and prompt with their service to customer.
I was hesitant when filling in post code , and on checking the email on conformation of order noticed I had not put correct postcode in !
Sent email and they corrected it straight away, receiving order in few days as promised.
