I order from them back in October and still have not received my order or my money back !!! Put a complaint in with the BBB and they can't do nothing but rate them a F. Why can't no one stop this a hole from taking people money like this. Or just maybe I need to do what they doing since there not getting in trouble about it. Just saying!!!

I ordered this item back in November. They were promoting the buy one get one free sale. I Tracked it for about a month when I noticed it said tracking was no longer available. Turns out it says it was delivered to my door and definitely never was. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times, commented on their Instagram and reported them due to being a scam. Never heard back from them.. Definitely don’t waste your time or money on this product.

I wish I could give a negative stars. I placed an order in October 2022 I still haven't received a tracking number. I reach out to customer support and has gotten only reply and that was back in December. I've made other attempts to connect again yet no one responds to my emails, no merchandise, or no tracking number. Don't order from this website IT IS FRAUD!

I'd give them negative stars, if I could. Never received the product that I ordered from them 4 months ago. This was their first and only response from my first email to them.... "The system will update your tracking information soon; sometimes the system updates the tracking information when it is received by your local post office. There have been global delays that are completely out of our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding." I responded to that email as well, with no reply from them. I've emailed twice since then asking for a refund, with no response.

Horrible. Their website promotes that it is made in the USA, it is shipped from the USA, but once my tracking info came it, it said "Shipped from China". I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, and have gotten 1 reply. My item still hasnt arrived and it has been at least a month since I have ordered the item. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, false advertising.

THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER PROVIDED A TRACKING NUMBER OR ORDER NUMBER. I PLACED THE ORDER ON 2/26/2023 AND HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS DEMANDING INFORMATION WITH NO RESPONSE.

Look what we have here. I place an order back on November 2nd 2022. I received a thank you for your purchase email and that was it. Here it is Feb 27th and I have no product...I have no refund...I have zero response to the numerous emails that I have sent out regarding my order. You know what I do get multiple days out a week or even a month? An email promoting more products and the sales that they are running. Why on earth would I purchase something else from them knowing they stole my money because at the end of the day that is what they did...Please please please do not order anything from these people...THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

i got my order after weeks of waiting but it was a completely different budget perfume not what was advertised.

Gigantic warehouse, maybe that's where all their orders get lost.

I'm talking about mypheromonie.com (SP axeways) , where apparently, when you place an order, it never actually shows up in your mailbox, probably lost somewhere in the vast expansiveness of the warehouse they show in their video on their website.

Now I'm not knocking them for trying because everybody wants to make their business look like it's successful and growing. But seriously, this video is borderline ridiculous, with forklifts moving pallet loads of “product” being added to thousands of ceiling high stacked shelves. And, what really topped it off for me was the tractor-trailor with the Pheromonie logo freshly painted on the side [NOT – graphics programs go a long way these days]. I’m talking about the video embedded on the mypheromonie.com website’s home page.

When you take all that fluffy marketing stuff out of the picture and instead consider the consistent number of online complaints lodged against mypheromonie for their inability to deliver product to customers in anything resembling a timely fashion, and then not respond to order inquiries, whew… that’s a recipe for failure, IMHO.

I was considering trying out their Pheromony™ product to see if it actually does what they say it will do i.e.attract the opposite gender. Now granted their pricing is pretty decent coming in at around $20 for the bottle of Pheromonie, their premier and only product. However, outside of their customer rating on the website, I've found nothing but negative feedback on these guys.

I did not start out looking for negatives, rather I started out looking for reinforcement of my decision to want to buy from them, but frankly, between the negative feedback and the ridiculously stupid video, which I suggest you watch for a laugh, there's really no way I can drop a $20 on this product and feel okay about it. Placed an order back in November '22 and it took a MONTH to just get a tracking number, which was obviously bogus. It told me package was on its way, which took another 4 - 5 wks for a delivery est date to show up, said it was out for delivery and I got nothing. Now tracking it, it's been deleted or something weird. No Product for me, however they've got my money already. Have emailed NUMEROUS times asking for someone to contact me and give a refund and no response (check my emails daily). Chalk it up as $ loss on my end, but never again! VERY Poor customer service! This company is a SCAM ** DO ** NOT ** BUY ** FROM ** THIS ** COMPANY ** (Shame on me for getting sucked into another social media ad!)

I ordered products in November 2022. By December I had emailed them multiple times because I never received any tracking information, and never received any package. They responded one time in the middle of December saying they forgot to process my order, gave me a bogus tracking number that never showed it being picked up. By January 2023 I still had never received my package, they stopped responding to my emails about asking for a refund or where my package was. I had to go through my bank card and file a fraudulent activity charge against them. They then responded to an email asking me to take back the fraud charge as my package was just “a few days from being delivered” that was 2 weeks ago and still never seen a package. My card did refund me.
While they look into it.
Do not buy from this company.

This company is a scam and they are thieves. I made a purchase in October of 2022 and never received anything. I have reached out by email and through their social media accounts multiple times and still no one has replied. At this point I do not want the pheromones any more I just want my money back. I will post this everywhere until I do. I would give a zero rating if I could.

Status on this has NOT changed since 11/22/22! I've emailed their, "Customer Support" at least 10x now, I've also Reported them to The Better Business Bureau, since They claim to be "accredited". I've asked then, Requested my order.... With NO Response! If you have $25 to lose randomly.... Then "buy", and let them continue STEALING, Customer's who believe in Small Businesses, you'll think Twice about buying before researching (which I did-people 'loved' them- I mean Bots! I'd give them ZERO stars if I could... In order to actually comment about the experience you have to, gift them at least 1Star, lol.

I placed an order in November 2022 and i have not heard anything from the. I tried to track my order and when i put in my order number it said it cannot be found. Bad business. They need a phone number for customer service.

I ordered 11/9/22, still have not received product. Company will not respond to multiple emails for a status or refund. DO NOT BUY.

Scam, they say they delivered my order on a day I was home and saw the mailman…they didn’t deliver anything and haven’t responded to any of my emails!

I ordered buy 3 get 3 free. It took a month and a half to receive the shipment of only 2 of the 6 bottles I paid for AND it is NOT the pheromones I ordered. It's some other off brand perfume. The company does not respond to emails and does not send a tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
