I purchased a lighter and a box for Father’s Day. Spent extra money for express shipping. A total of $25.98 making the lighter nearly $70 to receive it in time for Father’s Day. I receive an email stating that the lighter can’t be shipped express but the box can. Basically charged me express shipping for an empty box and the lighter will take over a month to get to the person. They never offered to refund a portion of the money to make things right. I requested to cancel order and a full refund. They lie about the item getting out on time. Had I known it was unable to arrive in time I would had never spent the extra money and not purchase from them! Scam scam scam

I couldn't track the item so I messaged the support team. They got back to almost immediately. Updated me and the package showed up literally 2 days later. Super fast shipping considering the custom made products. And great quality for what you pay =) looking for a cute presant to your best friend, gf, bf, wife, husband, family. This works for all..

The order was received in time for the holidays, and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to see their expression when they open their gift!
