Have purchased two of these pillows. Fantastic product, fantastic company with great customer service. Some v negative reviews left here are no doubt politically motivated. A company doesn't get this big and this successful by producing poor products!

Best products for people with neck issues or prone to full back blockage. Couldn’t thank you enough🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I placed my order on the 28th January 2021 and as of yet not received anything not even a reply to my complaints I have made via there web page very very unprofessional company regretting even thinking of purchasing from them especially at there prices steer clear folks!!!!!!!!

I would give Mypillow.co.uk 10 stars if I could. I Really couldn't recommend this firm high enough. I ordered the set of premium pillows on the 21st January there is approximately a 10 day turn around time and I was delighted on Tuesday of this week when my pillows arrived. I had ordered a full fill and a medium fill pillow as I wasn't sure which would suit me best.

I have to say I have had the best night sleep in a long time I went to bed at 10.30pm and I slept to 9.50am the next morning. My husband even told me I never snored once and this is something I would suffer with.
I will be buying more pillows for sure for the rest of the family. The team at my pillow were great with keeping me inform on my order. I could highly recommend my pillow team for sure.

I ordered 2 pillows 1 week ago. I initially received an email with a tracking link, this does not work! I have sent countless emails but to date I have not had a reply. This is disgusting service and I am very disappointed I still have not received my pillows 😡

I wish I had looked at Trustpilot first, then I wouldn’t be £12 out of pocket on postage. The pillows are rubbish and if something looks too good to be true then it probably is.
All I will say for the company is that I have received my refund within two working days of posting the goods back. However it did take nearly a week and several emails to find out how their returns system worked.

Bought a pillow but the standard on receipt was worse than 1 star! Cust service for return was non existent.

Paid for 4 pillows nothing arrived, they don’t answer calls or emails . My bank is claiming back the money .

Initially a less than satisfactory experience, so you may wonder why I've left a 5* review? Firstly, I had a great experience when I was dealing with Francesca. I was so impressed with the way she dealt with me that if I ever find myself running or managing a business within commutable distance of where she is based and need someone with her skillset I would have no hesitation in trying to headhunt her. Secondly, I know it has been described by some as a marmite type product but am perplexed by some of the negative reviews. People who know me are aware of how particular I am/how pedantic I can be and I am more than happy with both the quality of the product and the comfort it provides. Due to move house shortly I will need some more pillows and will definitely be ordering them from MyPillow.

I thought a pillow was a pillow until I tried my pillow. Normally I would sleep 5 to 6 hours.
Its been a week now sleeping on my new pillow and I've been sleeping 7 to 8 hours.
Cant believe how comfortable the pillow is.
We bought two pillows buy one get one free. Now we have decided to buy 2 more now because they are so good. They say to let them sit for 72 hours which we did .
We appreciate everyone is different but we both love them. We got them a few days after ordering them no problem.

I received two pillows for Christmas this year, surprising as I already have four! I've had two of them for about three years now and LOVE them. They wash so well and really are the most comfortable pillows I've ever had.

I was thrilled when I was bought a new pair, so now my guests can enjoy them too (once COVID has gone away of course!)

Would certainly recommend this product :)

I initially bought a medium fill pillow which has proved to be the best pillow I’ve ever owned, despite spending much more on other premium pillows. I sleep much more comfortably than ever before.
Recently I ordered two more, another medium-fill and a full-fill, for a friend, sceptical of my enthusiastic claims. My friend is delighted with her full-fill pillow, so much so that I asked MyPillow whether they could exchange the unused medium-fill for another full-fill. MyPillow could not have been more helpful in facilitating my request, sending me a free postage paid returns label together with a list of carrier collection points. Despite the Christmas period the replacement pillow was quickly delivered.

They said they would help with a restful night’s sleep.
So far so good.
