Fraud alert
I rented a unit at Myplace (2 Ellen-Epstein-Straße).
1. Three months after renting, I received a message saying that there was a break-in the storage place. There was no single word of apology for such a serious issue in storage service, and no information about police report, but just a notification to go to check.
2. There was a charge of the monthly rental fee on my credit card record. The storage place saying they did not charge it. I asked multiple times, and they kept silent. My bank adviced me to fill a fraud report for this case, after knowing this, they suddenly woke up and admitted they charged it. How shameful.
3. I received a notification from nowhere saying that I have unpaid fees, and they are going to cancel the contract if I do not pay what they ask for. I asked for the copy of contract, and they did not provide. They told me they charge the fee every four weeks, so there is 13 payment each year.
All the above happening should be taken into consideration if you want to use their service. Obviously, they manipulated online reviews on other platforms. Their website customer service is in Vienna, and they are only nice when receiving new customers and push any questions afterwards saying that they are in Vienna, not Germany.
