Couldn't have been happier with the service I received from My Planning App. Luis went above and beyond, he was happy to make a number of changes to the plans at no extra cost, he was very knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't be accepted by building regs and the final plans looked extremely professional. Overall great value for money and highly recommend.

Communication is great, Luis understands straight away your needs and gives you options to choose. Even if you change your mind on the final plans he will make the amendments as per your request. I am very cautious when recommending someone is asked, but Luis is absolutely great.

I can’t recommend my planning app enough. Jason was efficient and accommodating throughout.
Jason put together exactly the drawings i asked for and advised along the way taking so much stress out of the process. One or two amendments were requested by the council which were literally changed over night and emailed back to me the following day so as not to hold the process up.

Excellent service overall

I rarely write reviews but after my experience with my planning app i felt it would be unfair not to. Having already had a few eye watering quotes for my plans to be drawn up i came across Jason's website.

At first i was a little apprehensive as the prices advertised were so good. I contacted Jason and he was professional from the start giving advice where required and taking the time to re-draw plans (when i changed my mind) to ensure i had exactly what i wanted.

Once the plans were completed he then submitted them and we have just received the approval. I have already recommend him and will continue to.

Perfect. I was really struggling to find someone to draw up plans I needed to apply for planning permission for a 2 story garage/office I was planning. Architects quoted ridiculous amounts, Jason did a brilliant job even helped me with what the planning office would want, and didn't complain with multiple amendments to get it right...and all for under £150 quid. Bargain. Thanks Jason!

I thoroughly recommend using My Planning App.

I procured Jason's services for a single storey rear extension. I received very clear, professional looking set of plans - current floor plan, proposed development plan and block plans. These were required for a prior approval application for a larger home extension. I had been quoted a lot more to produce the plans, from others providers. So what I got charged by Jason was excellent value for the quality of the plans I received.

The plans were received were on time, as Jason had indicated, a week after I first provided him with my rough drawing.

The correspondence I received from him was excellent, he emailed and telephoned me to clarify some of the details. He is very approachable and responds very quickly to queries. The plans had to be altered, which he did very quickly. This was because the information on the drawing I provided him with were not correct. So it was my fault, not his.

One particularly refreshing thing was that I was charged less than I was initially quoted, because he said the amount of work he had to put in was less than anticipated. I thought this showed a lot of integrity, as I could have been charged what I was initially quoted and I would be non the wiser.

The Service provided by Jason was exemplary not only from a professional aspect but his personalized approach, keeping in contact throughout the planning process and discussing details in the drawings.

Jason provided a good set of plans to support my planning application for a single storey extension. Don't be put off by the low price, it does not compromise the service in any way.

We provided photos, measurements and some amateur drawings - this was all that was needed for Jason to provide a detailed and professional looking plan for us. He also provided some more technical drawings to support the building regs application and to help my builder with his quote. Above all, I found Jason approachable, responsive, and willing to have several phone calls in order to get everything just right!

I would highly recommend him - it is a viable and cost effective alternative to commissioning drawings through usual routes. An excellent service all round!

Jason produced a house plan for me from some not very good sketches, diagrams and dimensions I sent him. He got it right first time and he also corrected errors in the rough drawings. He did the work promptly was always contactable and happy to help. He also made the
planning application; all for a very reasonable fee. Consequently I
would not hesitate to recommend him.

We needed to get some drawings done to apply for a Certificate of Lawful Development. I’m so glad I found My Planning App! Jason offers it all, affordable prices, efficient and high quality service.

My request was a relatively simple one as i just needed basic floor plans showing before and after building works floor layout. Jason provided these within 2 days and at a very good price.

Wanted bespoke conservatory plans (permitted development had been removed from my property). Supplied photographs of house and dimensions.
Plans returned quickly and efficiently. Asked for a few amendments and these were again quickly done. I submitted my own planning app on the portal and plans were in correct format for this. No problems with planning and permission was granted. Very cost effective. Very satisfied client. Highly recommended.

A massive costly gamble.

I received a bad service from this company.

I had an extension designed and after Planning Permission was granted I couldn't build my extension. This was due to the fact that I couldn't place my extension near a drain, the Local Water Authority wouldn't allow it.

A Planning Application didn't find that information out. It wasn't found out until the Building Regulations application was submitted. It was lucky the build hadn't started.

I had Planning Permission but no chance of building my extension. What a waste of money and this company didn't tell me the pitfalls with the drainage problem.

Looking back, I should of had an Architect check all my drains out before wasting months of my time and money.

In hindsight you wouldn't want to self pilot your own airplane without any experience, to get you and your family to a holiday destination? All because it saved a few hundred quid. No, of course you wouldn't.

So why does this company think its OK to be designing extensions from homeowners own measurements. The average homeowner doesn't know if their drains are shared, not to be built over or too large a diameter to build near.

This service could save a few hundred quid, but in the end could cost you 10's of thousands of pounds.

The gamble is not worth it.

I notice the web site does not comply with GDPR (reported to ICO) and has no business address. What type of company is this?

Jason prepared the drawings for a Solid Roof Conservatory very promptly. He worked from a mixture of drawing copies, photographs and sketches. Minor adjustments were made willingly by return. He submitted the application on my behalf as soon as everything was ready. When the Planning Officer made her site visit she made complimentary remarks about the quality of the drawings and followed up a few days later with Planning Permission for my Conservatory that is required because "Permitted Development Rights" had been withdrawn by Council in my part of the world. A slick professional service at a very competitive price. Thanks Jason.

My planning app supplied me with a clean crisp product and in a very timely fashion. I found Jason to be prompt with replies and clear to the point where the most novice of homeowners will have no problems understanding the details needed to complete the drawing stages of their projects. Fully recommended and I’ll be using them again.

Like others that have reviewed this company I work in the property business and have worked with lots of architects. If you know what you want and can draw a sketch and use a tape measure this is the best value way to produce a planning application I have come across. The service is excellent, the turn around for drawings so fast and the endless patience the guys have is brilliant.

Iv been in the building game a long time. So I have come across many architects, and My experience always points to very expensive, and slow, unless you throw more money there way.
This time I’m trying a new approach.
And I’m glad to say this has been one hell of an eye opener, not only was this service fast, and a fraction of the price. The service was excellent with perfect results.
I have no problems recommending this service to anyone, and I’m a builder.

This was a fantastic service. From initial contact to receiving full drawings ready for planning submission was 5 working days. Any amendments I requested were done promptly with no complaints and the offer of further amendments at a later date and at no extra cost was made voluntarily. An excellent and very professional service. I'd highly recommend this company.
