Worried I've been scammed
Just received the three Pokémon I ordered and I love them! I got Politoed, Cyndaquil, and Mudkip. Very well made and very cute!
Ordered 3 Pokémon toys from them one was the wrong one so contacted them they told me to send that one back and they will replace it paid 4.20 to send back and after they got it they blocked me on everything and don't reply to emails anymore the toy I sent back was 12 and then the postage I paid 4.20 so I'm 16.20 out of pocket
I ordered four Pokémon plushes. One was incorrect. They sent me a Growlithe instead of Charmander. I emailed to ask them to send me a Charmander and a return slip so I could send back the Growlithe. They asked me to just keep the growlithe and I said “no thanks, my son’s favourite is Charmander so please correct the error.” They said I had to send back Growlithe before they’ll send me a Charmander if it’s in stock and they will not pay for return shipping costs. Reading other reviews, I can see this isn’t the first time it has happened. It’s a scam, avoid ordering from this business.
So after spending nearly $70AUD for 3 pokemon plush toys, I ordered Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle. I ended up receiving a Pikachu instead of the Charmander and so I emailed asking for the correct one to be sent out.
First off they asked me to keep the Pikachu instead.. aaah, no, I don't want Pikachu. Then they said they would only send a Charmander whenever they eventually get more stock (couldnt tell me when) and only if I sent the Pikachu back out of my own pocket now. No reimbursement offered or reply paid parcel... now they will not respond to me at all. Ripped off.
