Had my pool & equipment delivered today and found the service very good & helpful. Always at the end of the phone if any help is needed and particularly thanks to Craig & Lynne.

I wanted to leave a review, to say, I shopped around for quite some time and kept coming back to these guys. I found My Pool direct really helpful, I visited the showroom where we went through everything. Went to visit a customers pool they had supplied. And ordered. I must admit it took quite a bit longer than the anticipated lead time. I realize that this was no real fault of theirs and more the factories.

However, we have the pool now absolutely over the moon with it.

I was looking for a small pool for my family and came across My Pool Direct.

After many phone calls and visits to their showroom, we decided on a pool and colour.

We found everyone to be very helpful and there was always someone to talk to when we had any questions. Delivery took slightly longer than originally suggested but the pool is in place now, and we love it.

Big thumbs up for my pool direct. Craig was very helpful with the purchase of our pool. Very accommodating and was always at the end of the phone to help when needed.

We remodelled our back garden to incorporate a swimming pool. Didn’t have much space decided to go with a Bora flat bottom swimming pool as this was the perfect size. We contacted several companies, but they were by far the best.

I am writing this review as I had such a wonderful experience ordering my Swimming Pool from My Pool Direct. I decided on my measurements, after it was plain sailing, I now have a Delta swimming pool. My family love it and I can use it all year round.
