Horrible experience so far, first 2 weeks were fine and then as soon as more payments started to come in they have restricted my account. Which means no access to my funds. This is causing me problems with my business as I don’t have access to my funds. They sent me an email asking numerous questions, I answered each one. Then the next day I had to reach out and got more questions sent to me. Account is still blocked and I definitely would recommend everyone to stay away.. Not one email has been replied to, customer service team on the app chat are very rude and give one word replies, I’m so shocked in how they get away with doing this. PLEASE stay away

Please, don’t trust this fake company. Support is awful, transfers are super slow and many many more problems which are hidden behind marketing and promises.

When the client makes payment, they ask for the receipt. When you try to send it by email, this function doesn't work. We have contacted your support team and expect some help. Till this moment the problem is not solved.

This company is an absolute joke, we’ve opened up an account with them as a car sale company. I’ve done all the verifications, documents etc … I keep getting email about “additional information” . If you’re to open an account with them, remember you need to hire someone just to reply their constant email about “additional information” you won’t keep up!
They will block your account, freeze all of your money on it. I probably have lost more than 10K in business due to their incompetence.
Avoid it before you suffer the way we have.
We also set up a barber shop with them. They currently suffering the same exact thing. I have sent yous the details of the barbers as well.
