Good product, but pricing experience feels a bit unfair
I’m new to myPOS and chose them based on positive reviews, along with what seemed like fair pricing for the unit, reliability, and transaction charges. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it felt reasonable.
So far, the unit itself has been easy to set up and works well, which is a great start.
However, what has really tainted my experience is what happened after I signed up. Within 24 hours of setting up my account and purchasing the unit, I received a call offering me the same device but with cheaper transaction rates than those advertised online. Because I had already made my purchase, I was told those rates were no longer available to m, unless I wanted to buy a second unit.
As a small business, the savings might seem minor, but they do add up over time. What’s most frustrating is knowing that better rates were available but not offered upfront, and there was no clear indication to speak to an agent to secure the best deal.
Overall, the product itself seems solid, but the lack of transparency around pricing and offers has left a slightly negative impression.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite completing all required steps, my account/device has not been activated, and I have been repeatedly misled and kept waiting for several days without resolution.
Customer support has been unhelpful and the communication has been inconsistent, with no clear answers or timelines provided. This level of service is unacceptable for a financial/payment provider.
I expected a professional and reliable system, especially given the importance of payment processing for my work, but instead I have experienced delays, confusion, and lack of accountability.
I strongly advise the company to improve its customer support, internal coordination, and response times. At this stage, I am seriously considering reporting this matter further due to the ongoing lack of resolution.

Dan was my customer service advisor and he holds excellent communication standards & kept in touch throughout the whole procedure of receiving & set up.
I would highly recommend and I wish more people held Dan's standards of customer service in their own jobs. Dan was excellent!

Avoid this company. Worst service ever. Everytime you contact them, they only say “we are investigating your case” even after you provide all the information needed they take to long to investigate, if you don’t send email asking, no one ever will contact you back. My money is srack there until july without any consent from my side, they just decided it. Best thing is to avoid this company.
